I come here quite frequently as I live just down the road. The store is clean and I am easily able to find what I need using their store app. I love that the app tells me exactly what aisle and bay items are located at. Lowes also has their own store credit card and you save 5% every time you use it. Plus, you receive points back and every time you get to 1000 points, you can a $5 credit. Did I mention that if you are a Lowes member you also get free standard shipping with no minimum to your house? If I sound like I'm a big fan, it's because I like saving money.
I do have a problem that they allow people to bring their dogs inside. They even have a sign on the door that says they welcome dogs. It is a hardware store and not a pet store. I have seen people bringing large animals that can be a little intimidating along with animals who are not properly secured or who bark quite loudly. I have also seen animals urinate on the floor. Why should I as a customer have to deal with other people‘s dogs? I don’t know when in society it became acceptable to bring your dog pretty much anywhere.

Easy store to find what you need. Sometimes hard to get someone to help.

Very disappointed in wasting an hour of my time, but not too surprised. Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and attempted to purchase two Pella storm doors and door handles. Doug in appliances was super helpful with the refrigerator. The person in doors was nowhere to be found. The Pella doors were marked down with six stickers of varying prices above the slot where the doors were standing. I loaded up the two that I wanted, 1 black and 1 white and proceeded to checkout. The black door rings up correctly the white door’s price didn’t match what I thought to be the sticker price. I go back to the door department, again, no one to help and I took pictures of the stickers. The gentleman at the self check (only option available) adjusted the pricing but needed a managers approval. Here comes Luke, it was obvious he was an hour from closing. We go back down to the door department and he informs me that I selected a door that didn’t match the price of the slot that it was in, even though I was unable to find assistance on both visits to the department. The adjustment from what I thought the price was and what Luke informed me that the price was equaled $103.00. So I opted not only to not purchase either of the two doors, or handles, I also canceled the refrigerator order. I learned the doors were discounted due to them being discontinued. Luke lost a $2,600 sale over $78.00 and a product that Lowe’s is trying to move out of their store. If you’re needed a refrigerator, hope that Doug is there and for doors, know what you need in advance because Kayla isn’t able to help.

Do not buy your christmas tree here. Staff could not care less or be any less attentive. Horrible trimming on top of that.

Got transferred to three different people for a mirror question. Then got hung up on. Then sat for 10 more minutes waiting for someone to pick up after I called back and was never answered.

Sold me a tool that doesnt work for the wrong price then had the nerve to insinuate I'm trying to make a fraudulent return. It's not my fault the employees are incapable of doing simple pricing

Customer service lady was rude and unprofessional. I'm there twice a day for work related items, and never had an issue, but I won't be returning.

My stepfather and I visited the flooring dept on a quiet Wednesday evening. I must say after having at least five people tried to help us, we left not spending a dime and are taking our business elsewhere. We pushed the button for "help" no one seemed to know that the guy in this dept was on his break (which took 45 min to figure out). Employees would come ask if we needed help, we'd explain yes and why..Then they would walk away looking for help and disappear until a different employee would try. Kinda bogus and very unorganized for a business. I think Lowes needs to work on training their employees to actually Care about helping others and understand why they are there, to work and get things resolved.

- out of stock or not sold common replacement items for the house but plenty of ridiculous home design things, see pic for example. They don't sell common screws or plumbing parts, etc, etc
- no person to ring me up. Instead I have to do the employees job and then the self checkout computer tries to say that I didn't scan correctly. Then you're made to feel like you're shoplifting.
- more and more employees with no knowledge of taking care of a home.
Obviously why more and more of my business is going to Amazon unfortunately.

I wish I could give zero stars for the attitude of the woman at the Return Desk. Very rude.
DO NOT buy a Kohler toilet from Lowe’s at 5110 College Rd. The one I bought is defective, does not sit level, and yes the floor is level. Lowe’s will not refund or exchange it because it’s been opened. How would I know it was defective if I had not opened it?
According to “Lowe’s Policy” I have to call Kohler to get an authorization number for them to possibly refund the money.
Went to Home Depot and bought a new toilet. Home Depot has a 30 day return policy regardless if it has been opened.

What a disaster!!! Saturday at 11am and the female working the paint area could not mix paint correct, she was already dealing with other customers who did not get the color they wanted or asked for. After 45 minutes she asked my wife and I to come back at another time to get paint. Believe me when I state this, I will not return to Lowe's to buy paint or anything else.

We bought a $1400.00 weber grill. Went to pick it up. They sold ours. Then they said we can take the display model. Get it home and it doesn't work. What happened to customer service. What happened to reasonable prices. I'm gonna have them come pick this up and buy local. What a pos experience this has been.
