Ken, the manager of the monkey junction location was so great. I went in with an issue with a mattress I had purchased not too long ago, and with great knowledge of the inventory got me a new mattress. I am very satisfied with the help he gave, and the time he took with me. I recommend them for the price, customer service and knowledge he has. I can not speak on other employees as I only dealt with him today, but the lady that sold me the first mattress was equally as great (I am sorry I do not remember her name). With the way Mattress Firm treats employees I am sure other locations would be just as good.

Excellent Customer Service. At last minute I needed a box spring for one of our rentals . I went into Mattress Firm 5309 CB Rd, Wilmington NC and I was attending to very quickly by George. I explained that what I needed and my price range plus a delivery and a pick up of my old box spring. George and Kenneth, a nice man behind the desk told me I will be getting a high quality Q box spring that is running a special. I got the box spring, delivery and pick up of my old box spring for $ 214.00. I can’t find that ANYWHERE else. Great job guys !! I’ll be back for sure !! Donna Pedrick.

George was great to work with! He understood our needs for a guest room mattress. He was thorough, patient & knowledgeable. No hard sell.We WILL be back for a king set for our master & look forward to working with him again.
