Money grab. They gave me an estimate for over $1400 with a list of parts I needed. when I got it to the shop I wanted to do the work I only need 2 parts that cost less then $100 for parts 1 of which was on the list. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes at all and that was going to cost the most. I would never go back or refer anyone to go.

My son Gavin had a broken hard brake line could not find anyone who could do that work but they were awesome. Jessica was so helpful and service was over the top. As a parent who is far away it was a relief to find an auto shop close to him I could really trust. Highly recommend these guys they are awesome !

Very impressed with quick repairs and communication. Sherri provided excellent communication throughout my repair process and also assisted with facilitating repair coverage with my warranty company.The mechanic provided pictures and thorough explanations for recommendations. I will definitely be going back for future car services.

This location was helping me diagnose a noise in my car that a different location couldn't find. Very kind staff, the mechanic rode around with me to help locate the noise. He was attentive to detail and transparent about what he found. Unfortunately, I was told repeatedly that all the info would be sent back to my original location and that the manager would be contacted (it's a long story) but that never happened. I had to call and explain everything myself. It was a 5-star experience until I found out they never contacted my original store like they said they would.

Jessica is a Gem. Upbeat, attentive, thorough, efficient, responsive, I could go on. I hope they know how much value she brings to the customer experience.Had a brief interaction with the mechanic and left with the same impression. Great experience! Had my annual inspection and Sheri (I hope I got your name correct) was so professional and efficient. I appreciate their recommendations on things that could be replaced or repaired, but with no sense of urgency or pressure. Because of how she presented them, I plan to return. Thank you for being a nice person. We all need more people like you in the customer service industry.

Great customer service. Went to get car inspected. System in vehicle came back 2x as not ready. Had to go back three times to get it to pass. Everyone was patient, professional and offered great advice on what I needed to do to get it to pass. On the third attempt it passed inspection! Oh...and by the way, one of the few shops in town where they actually know how to drive a stick shift. Been to other places where I was turned away because none of the techs coukd drive a manual. The car place is never a favorite place for me. I don’t know a lot about cars, I don’t know who to trust and feel very vulnerable! From the moment I called Meineke, I was greeted with professional, competent, straight forward people. I was shown pictures and videos of the parts that needed attention and given several options BEFORE any work was done. The tech came out and went over recommendations line by line so I could make decisions about repairs for safety, maintenance to met “recommended” service and work for overall comfort of the ride of my Suburban. I was able to make an informed decision that I felt really good about. Highly recommend. I feel like I have a partner in my car care!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Oh my goodness, the people at this shop were super! They fixed my vehicle after years of being taking advantage of by other mechanics. The employees were male and female which made me comfortable and more trusting considering I'm a woman. They knew what they were talking about and advise me accordingly. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to sit for hours. They did a superb job with customer service and I got my car back the same day! Wonderful place!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable however they are obviously there to make money. - and they pulled in a lot of it $$$. I am not sure how honest they are about what must be done or the cost of each item. I was also there for over three hours which increased the cost of labor when I noticed they had a lot of downtime while waiting to share a bay w coworkers or waiting for parts to come over from Napa Auto ( which happened at least 3 times for my parts alone”.So far the car is driving well and I do believe the mechanic has skills. Time will tell.

This is my first negative review, as I typically prefer to only share the positive, and I thankfully very rarely have bad experiences in general. I’m only leaving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I’ve been utilizing Meineke for 10+ years and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience and also the first time I’ve been at this location. The details of my experience are too lengthy, but it’s important to note that the owner, who identified himself as Wayne, laughed at me as I explained the issue that my car now has is not an issue it had when I brought it to them. First, I was confused. After him laughing, I became upset. I picked up my car the evening of July 13th and called them on July 14th to report the issue. I was then instructed to drive it around town for a week and see if it improved. Went out of town the following week and dropped the car off when I returned. Now being told of an accidental misplacement with pumps or something and a loose motor that was “overlooked”. The issue is so aggressive to have been overlooked if someone test drove the vehicle. It clearly wasn’t. I won’t make any assumptions about why this location has clearly deprioritized me as a customer, laughed in my ear, and provided such poor customer service. They didn’t even offer to fix the issue, simply told me to come pick it up. I asked clearly what our options were and I was told I could come pick it up. I don’t even trust that there won’t be something malicious done to the vehicle before I go retrieve it, out of spite, unfortunately. I was told by a local that they’re overpriced, but as far as “my experience”, I’m pretty sure it’s unique. And, again, I won’t make any assumptions as to why. (Update, while most of their reviews are positive, I’m now reading through the negative reviews and wishing I’d done that before taking my vehicle to them. They definitely tried to use scare tactics when I first dropped it off and claimed it wouldn’t pass an inspection without more work - but I had literally just gotten an inspection the week before.) Bad integrity. Bad service. Bad experience. Taking vehicle to another shop today to get confirmation of what they did/didn’t do.
