“I love this store and have for years. I was nervous about the new location but this store is much bigger and seems to have allowed for a larger selection. Workers are always very kind and knowledgeable. Today I walked in with two friends and we had a great time talking with a worker named Juniper and exploring the store. We talked to another worker with brunette hair, I just never caught their name but they were lovely as well. There are items for all kinds of budgets and always worth a walk through. My personal favorite items are the mystery boxes!My friend wanted to add on that she is Christian and was nervous initially. However, she felt like her beliefs and faith were treated just as important as others and like every practice had a form of representation in the shop.”

We were helped by Ben from this location and he was great. I went back and fourth on styles and colors, in doing so I caused Ben to have to keep searching the store for what fit me, my price range, and my timeframe. And he did so the entire time enthusiastically, while giving great recommendations throughout. I rarely write reviews but the service was too excellent to not write one. I will definitely recommend this place, and Ben, to my friends in the future.”

“I wanted to say how amazingly sweet these employees are, I had purchased a really unique pair of earrings while there on vacation and couldn't find them when I returned to Denver, i called the shop and Marie was so sweet and helpful and even offered to check another location to see if we could replace them. I found them, but I wanted to say thank you so much! We don't see this kindness in Denver. It's refreshing to know it still exists!”

They showed me what they had and when I explained it had to be a certain color red for her work they got online on her phone and checked other locations and found what we were looking for.They went above and beyond to be helpful. I will definitely be back when I'm not in such a hurry.”

“I wanted to give a big shout out to Tanya, the manager of palmetto moon. My teenager and I were frantically running around Mayfair looking for some cute outfits for my daugher for her new job. All of the stores that said they were open until 8 PM closed earlier except for Palmetto moon. We arrived at the store just before 8 and it was like we had a private shopping party! Who knew they had great brands like Free People! Tanya was so helpful and we left there with some great pieces that my daughter absolutely loves! ❤️”

“It takes patience when I'm shoe shopping. I had 2 very nice young men helping me and I was finally able to settle on a couple pair. They never made me feel rushed at all and kept a friendly smile at all times.

I have always loved the store and the quality associates that work so hard to help find the perfect jeans or items needed. Much to my surprise, I went for a pair of jeans and was greeted immediately by Ann. She was super friendly and personable. she asked what I was in the market for and took me to the jeans! She started pulling my sizes. She checked in on me and brought exactly what I needed. I am so thankful for people who really listen and it is refreshing to have assistance in a store.
