Everything here is pretty overpriced, but you'll find the standard art supplies that are the same as everybody else. You won't find that Unique item to make your art different than anyone else's. I guess you can buy some paint, but then when you get to the cash register you find out you can't because they don't have cashiers. It's 11:00 on a Thursday and I was informed by an employee while I was waiting for a cashier to show up that they used self checkout so now they have more items to put away because I don't do self checkout. Do you know what self checkout is? It's Amazon! If you want to do self checkout go ahead and shop online because going into a store and being told we're too busy watching you in every aisle to actually be a cashier means I don't need to come back.

Too many of the shelves are bare. This Michaels consistently doesn't have what i need and they're missing out on a lot of business because of this. I end up having to go to other craft stores for what i need. Every time i've gone in over the last few months there's only one person working... whoever manages this store doesn't do a good job.

It's ok for mid level hobbies and supplies. If you get more serious you'll need another supplier. Nice people and they cover a wide range of products.

Went for one item (puzzle glue) and entire glue isle was empty. Spouse complained about the women’s rest room. Zero toilet paper, feces and urine over the seat. And smoke detector is beeping for a new battery. Never been to this location and it was an unpleasant first experience

I sent my fiancé to get crochet hook. And they didn’t have a single one except for one pack. Oh, sorry, they may have had them but everything is in boxes that aren’t even labeled for some reason (I guess let’s make the workers job even harder by making them guess which box has what. Good job corporate) and there was ONE PERSON working in the whole front part of the store. So they didn’t even have time to do hardly anything. They have to choose to either stock, check out someone, or help someone. Apparently at the check out there was no one.. because she was stocking stuff. She could’ve looked at least a little bit to find those hooks, but since the boxes are not labeled, she can’t just go and grab one. Absolutely ridiculous! Not saying it’s her fault necessarily .. but whoever is in charge of scheduling needs to be more considerate. One person can’t run the entire front part of Michael’s by themselves and somehow find time to help someone.. on a dang Saturday. Like what is that?The ONLY reason why I’m giving three stars and not one is because most of the time this store is good. They have a good selection of vinyl as well.. when it’s in stock that is. There is one employee here with a bit of an attitude problem though.

Nice store, although the shipment was received, and appeared to me that the staffing to put the items away was not in the store. Update... store due to holiday shopping and awesome sales has low inventory.

I would honestly save your time and go somehwere else. I came in hoping to find some crochet yarn and crochet hooks and there was practically nothing on the shelves, I couldn't find the yarn I needed and what I didn't find was messy and some falling out of the packaging, I couldn't find any crochet hooks, I tried looking for the eyes you sew in for crochet projects and the one I saw didn't have the price on the shelf. And everything is kind of overpriced just would rather shop at Walmart. I walked out without buying anything :/
