“We came here on a Sunday note to self don't come here on the weekend. The parking lot was a zoo. It was packed inside. No line to get food to go, they were pretty fast. They all speak Spanish I don't know if they understand English at all. Anyway just point to show what you want hahah. Overall the food was so good and authentic. Fresh bakery if there's any left? I didn't have a good luck with that.”

I go to the store almost every day and I am rarely disappointed. There are certain products I wish they would carry but all in all, it's always a pleasant experience”

“The store is clean, and staff uses appropriate protective measures and apparel. The lanes are marked directionally so that social distancing is easier to maintain. The staff always greets me when I enter the store, and I have always had good experiences with the workers. They are helpful with good attitudes. I don't understand the poor reviews, except that they are old and don't reflect the store today.”

“Very nice people. I've rented a box there for years. They go above and beyond their job to help you. They are nice enough to carry out heavy packages to my truck. I much rather go to Mailbox Express any day instead of a crowded post office. The nice couple at Mailbox Express on North College give much better customer service.”
