My rental experience with MoveZen was great! From touring my home to applying and moving-in, everything was stress-free. My account manager, Maddie, was super patient, kind, and helpful. I always felt like I could reach out with any questions and she was always there to help. Also shoutout to Celeste for being another person on the team always there to help. I would definitely recommend this rental property company and their team. :)

MoveZen is a great housing rental company in Wilmington NC. I really appreciate working with my Account Manager, Maddie! She’s a huge part of the reason I found a sanctuary when I needed it. I was nervous about the process of working with a property management company because I was unsure how communication would be handled. Maddie, with MoveZen was amazing - there were zero communication issues or delays and she was always friendly and helpful. Thankful that this made a stressful process so much easier!

I have worked with Jamie from the time I starting looking for a place in Wilmington. She has been so helpful and a great resource. Any issues that I have had she has been so diligent in staying on top of any problems, with quick responses whether it’s a verbal response or if it requires action. She is very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend working with Victory and more specifically Jamie.
^^^ This review was posted when this company was Victory Property management. Since they got purchased by MoveZen, I have had nothing but issues.
They charge $25.00/mo for filters that the manufacture states that the life span is 60-90days depending if you have pets. That fee is also for a walk around assessment of the property. You receive these filters once a quarter, but receive the $25 charge every 30 days. I have never once seen a representative at my location, only evidence of them being there when I have my bag of 4 filters for the 2 vents I have in my unit left at my front door.
I have had an on going issue with an appliance that I had been attempting to resolve for a few months, only to keep chasing my tail and not getting any results. Because of this I have stopped pursuing the situation because its not worth the frustration and and lack of effort to resolve this issue from them.
They do not pick up the phone to call you, they are impossible to reach and they don't have anyone in the office on weekends to help with online issues if the portal is down or you have a question. But don't think if there is an issue you wont get hit with a fee because of a late payment. If you are a property owner, you may want to reconsider, because at this point, as a tenant that never had problems in the two years before this group established ownership, I am considering other options even though I love my unit.

Celeste is phenomenal! She is so kind and very thorough. Our move from a less than subpar rental with a different company was made so simple! Celeste is a wealth of knowledge. She allowed us to move in on a Sunday, despite it being her day off and her being sick, she still checked in with us and ensured that the move was as seamless as possible. She is truly a gem. We are so grateful to her for making this transition as easy as possible. Moving is always hectic, but Celeste made it easy! Thank you!

I have always dreaded finding a new place to rent but honestly the task seemed less daunting after speaking to kathleen with MoveZen. She was super helpful and easy to talk to and provided me with multiple options which really took a lot of the usual stress out of the equation.

I’ve been looking to relocate from the triangle area to Wilmington and I have been in contact with multiple property management groups but I have definitely had the best experience with Kathleen at MoveZen. She was the first person I have spoken to from a property management company who seemed to actually care about helping me find a home that will fit my personal needs and price range. I really enjoyed speaking with her and for that reason I’m sure that when the time comes I will choose to go through MoveZen to find my new home.
