Fortunately by the time I got there to help her, Jackson (a mechanic at Express Oil Change) was already offering his assistance to her plight. I was amazed at how polite, respectful and knowledgeable he was. We bought my wife’s car used and we were unaware that her car did not have a jack to change a tire. Jackson passing by to help my wife was true blessing. He provided stellar customer service and got us on our way quickly and safely. Thank You Jackson.”

“I called to order 4 new tires on 10/23 to be installed on 10/25. When I got to the store, they showed where one of the new tires was damaged. Knowing that I was leaving on an extended trip, the owner offered me 4 better tires at the same price.
The installation was seamless and the conversation with the owner in the waiting room was life changing. We are newer to the area, but I can not give a higher recommendation than this one to Hughes Brothers”

“Rolled into this shop with a blown sidewall and rolled out an hour later with an exact duplicate of my other 3 tires including speed rating! Kevin and the staff were outstanding in locating me a very difficult to find tire, picking it up, and mounting it within an hour for a very reasonable price! Would strongly recommend this shop and the staff there!”

“Took in my 2020 Blazer with under 60k miles that was making a squeeling noise when I was accelerating. After explaining the noise over the phone with my dad (in Ohio), we came to the conclusion that it could have been the tensioner pulley causing this. So I took the car in after scheduling an appointment and was fully bracing to have a big bill on my hands. Turns out it was just that a bracket supporting the exaust had broken and it was rubbing on something. They welded it back on and I was out the door a couple hours later with a cheap bill! As a woman living in a town I’m not from, I will definitely be bringing my cars back here if I ever have issues. Definitely a trustworthy shop.”
“They checked out a sound that I thought was my transmission and it turned out to be the U joint. They were backed up on repairs and gave me a couple other places that could fix it sooner. There as no charge! Very nice people.”
“The store manager is a very nice guy. I asked I can buy tires to replace the slow leaking tires. He checked first and fixed instead of changing them.and he did the same thing for other tire when I come in on second time for free. Strongly recommend that place to check and fix your tires. The front shop looks like a warehouse, but don’t judge the book on the cover.”

“Day started off crap, blown tire on the way to work, traffic whizzing by at 80-90... you know, THAT type of day. Got my tire changed and hobbled home and gave these folks a ring. Super friendly, I called a little after 9, they had me in by 12. Figured the other tires were old so asked to get them all changed out before another went pffft on life. Folks hoisted the car at 12:01 and had me out of there just a hair over half an hour later. Reasonably priced Goodyears, quality work, happy flippin customer. Thanks Auot-Care folks! “Nate took care of me and always kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. I have full confidence that East Coast Eurowerks are the experts in the area for Mini Cooper repairs. I know that they assured my car was safe to drive before notifying me if was ready for pickup. I have had other issues and have taken it to repair shops that have claimed they know how to repair my vehicle only to pick my car up and discover my issue was never completely resolved. I won’t trust anyone else with my Mini Cooper and will bring it back to East Coast Eurowerks in the future.”
