If you're going to have people follow others around the store, I'd make it less noticeable. My husband and I went in there shopping for our son, granted, I always shop at childrens place but wanted to give old navy a try. I've never even been in old navy. But a lady followed us everywhere. It was ridiculous. All the clothes even have the tag thing on them so who is even stealing? I have money to pay for my childs clothes and didn't appreciate being followed. I will go back to the places I was shopping before I go back here.

Really unsatisfied with my latest experience to this store. The staff was not very friendly. I was one of two customers in the store at the time and the lost prevention associate clearly had nothing else to do then to bother the only two customers in the store. Asking if I want a shopping bag for my items is fine… beyond that, you’re not allowing me to shop in peace as I came to do. I will not be returning to this location and it’s a little unfortunate, as I’ve shopped her for over 20 years. I am really comfortable shopping at Kohls and Target nearby, so they will be getting my business instead. I reached out to customer service about my concerns weeks ago, but there is no indication that they’ve been considered by management.

Very busy team members. They ask you how you’re doing but, can’t find them when you have a question. Everything is laid out neatly so I can’t say they aren’t doing their job.

I started ordering online now because of how hectic the store can be. The lines are always long, the store has is days that everything is all over the place. They always seem short staffed.

I ordered a lime it up fit and flare Lime color 3 x dress and received a large denim puff sleeve dress!!!!! Old navy tells me that can’t send me the correct item without me paying!!!!!!!! I have never received a wrong order in the 25 years I have been shopping here and then be told I have to pay for a company MISTAKE!!!!!!! STUPID!!!!!! I would put 0/5 for how stupid customer service is, how I was treated and that clearly someone can’t read!!!!

Nice place to shop, and the staff was very friendly. The store is just much smaller than other Old Navy stores I have visited, and I feel like the selection was less accommodating because of that. On the plus side, it did not take long to shop there.

Visited the store yesterday for some last minute gift ideas. Most of the items were anywhere from 50-70% off . Many sizes were a great variety wee left as well. Expect to wait in long lines, so be patient.
