I was a little apprehensive about checking out this facility because it is so different than any gym experience I have had, but I am so glad I did! Coach Kasey and everyone else at Outside the Box were so helpful and friendly, it feels much more like a family and community than just a gym. I recommend Outside the Box to anyone who is looking for a great workout that can be tailored to any fitness level.
