Super helpful staff - always available, thoughtful and going the extra mile. And the place is SO clean and well lit. The unit was well maintained and everything was in working order with no damage or dents! Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

I rented a U-Haul from Pinnacle Storage and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The truck was clean, well maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. I also appreciated how organized and secure the facility was it made everything stress free. Highly recommend Pinnacle Storage for both storage and U-Haul rentals!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Storage (Division Drive, in Wilmington). Joe was most helpful, friendly, and professional in helping us to obtain a storage unit and in renting a U-Haul truck. We would highly recommend this storage facility to others.

I would like to thank the good people at pinnacle. They are always friendly and helpful. This location is great with ease access and the roads are nice and wide. The storage area is clean, gated, and secure. The units I've rented here have all been nice and clean. They even have a large fleet of U-Hauls on site.
