This branch makes me consider closing my account with PNC, They never accommodated me the way I needed it. I won’t say her name but A bank teller there was rude to me over the phone and in person they always request that I order my money. I left a complaint For the manager and contact information for him to contact me which he never did, of course!

Hands down the nicest PNC branch I've ever been to! The employees were so friendly and helpful. They knew exactly how to help before I even finished explaining. Greg was able to fix the discrepancy in my account in no time. I expected to have to wait for a little while for them to make me a new card -- wrong! It only took 2 minutes! I usually have bad experiences with PNC branches, but this one just changed my mind about the company! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Emily, the teller, is amazing. She is personableness, professional,and knowledgeable. She assisted me with a large work transaction with a smile despite being very close to closing time. She provided me with a calculator and double checked all the details to ensure we got it right together. Thank you, Emily.

I have always used PNC bank through the years (it was under a different name when I first started with them in Florida quite a few years ago) I moved to Noth Carolina (Leland) and just stayed with them. That was my first mistake . There have been so many instances where I have had trouble with this PNC branch and office on Oleander in Wilmington NC. Before you decide to open an account there or deal with them in any way DON’T!!!! The absolute worst customer service, no one in there with the exception of Mel(she is excellent and truly takes time with you and always follows up if there is something that needs to be done . She’s very knowledgeable, pleasant and if they were all like that it would be wonderful) They re not!! Nobody knows what the other one is doing. I was hacked for $24,000 in 2022 ( the year I moved here) After fighting to get my money back I finally got (after a month) $23,000 and they kept the $1,000.00 saying that I gave out information to allow these hackers to take the last $1,000.00. Good way for them to make money. I got the $23,000 back but the last $1,000 I didn’t. Makes not one bit of sense! But nothing in that bank does. Once (soon) I get my ss check transferred to another bank I am totally closing out my account there. Many are closing down(I can understand why!) , just RUN the other way, do not go there, trust me you will be happy you didn’t get involved with them !!

I asked them to cancel a check which seemed like a very daunting task for the girl over the phone. Once it was finally done she said something about how the stop payment was only good for 6 months, I asked what happens after 6 months and instead of answering she put me on hold and then hung up the phone. I’m unsure on if she didn’t know the answer or just didn’t care to answer but it left me feeling confused and uncomfortable with someone like that handling my money.

I absolutely love this location. I’ve had so many issues with my cards and banking when I moved here and the staff has been NOTHING but friendly and patient with me. I ALWAYS Come to this location when I need something!!!

I recently visited this location of PNC bank, and, unfortunately, I feel as though I experienced a prejudice based on my race. While I understand that we are all humans and capable of making mistakes, it is important to recognize that acts of prejudice can not be overlooked or brushed under the table. The consequences of such actions have a lasting impact on individuals and the community, and it is crucial that we hold ourselves and others accountable for our actions. I won't go into much of the minor details of my experience but I did take note of the way I was being treated differently than the others customers while I was there and it wasn't lost on me that in the 15 to 20 minutes that I was there; that I was the only person of color. My business there was questioned and handled in a way in which I felt as though I indirectly was being accused of something. What was that something? I'm not sure. But the air of judgment and criticism was there and highly apparent. I was uncomfortable and felt very unwelcomed at this location. I'm not sure if anyone really reads reviews but I would caution other BIPOC individuals of possible prejudice or already assumed judgment of who you are based on the color of your skin. Unfortunately, even in this day and age, incidents of prejudice and discrimination still occur. It is disheartening to see that we have not yet overcome these issue. I do believe there is another location of PNCBank a mere 15 minutes away and I would highly suggest taking your business to that location instead or elsewhere.

HORRIBLE customer service. Bank tellers are flat out rude and entirely unhelpful. They need to learn manners and personal skills if they want to work with the public. 0/10 will never be going back.

Just what kind of bank does not have $2,700 in $100 bills? That has got to be the most ridiculous thing that I have ever seen. That is like a sub shop with no bread. They should just close the door and go home. Pathetic.

I’m extremely disappointed with the manager Jose of this bank. He called me to offer me a business credit card and when I get at the bank without even trying he said I’ll not be approved!! Why not? I make over 1.5 million a year!!! I said I’ll change banks and wanted to cancel with PNC he said ok do it! Pnc doesn’t care for the customers!!’ Doesn’t help! Worst bank ever!

They did a update & maintenance on their app over 2 months ago. The mobile deposit has never worked sence. They say it is my phone. I call BS. I have tried it on 4 differant phones. So fix the !@#$%
