Communication has been excellent when we received packages or mail before and even after we closed our box once we had our permanent address. Scott could have sent our mail back to the post office once we closed our box. But instead he held it for us until we can contact all our contacts to change our address. I say this is going beyond the call of duty especially during tax season. Very grateful to have met Scott for our mail box needs.”

I had multiple print orders with various sizes and instructions. It was done within 24 hours and ready for pickup. I made my way there, they were quick to get my order and there was one minor issue that they reprinted and fixed right on the spot. Everyone was super friendly also .”

“Easy in and out. Can self-check packages if they are already labeled. They are very expensive to pack an item for you (they wanted $55 to box and package a 3 foot× 1 foot × 8 inch item. I went home and securely packaged it in about 15 minutes - $55!), and their supplies are limited and expensive as well. Yet the service is great. Nice people bound by UPS's prices. As a shipping service they are very good.”
