“I had a map that showed the path my grandfather's infantry unit followed during WWII that I wanted framed. I took it to Emily at Townhouse Art & Framing. The end result came out much better than I expected. Emily even figured out way to keep a key item visible at the bottom of the map that we initially thought would have to be covered by the mat. I was so happy with the end product. I highly recommend Townhouse Art & Framing. You will get personalized service here, unlike some of the big name stores that offer framing.”

“I recently ordered a wedding gift, an 8x10 work of art with the bridal couple’s names on it. Sadly I misspelled one of the names. I took it to the UPS store in Wilmington, NC where I was assisted by the nicest sales associate, Shadavia. She was able to scan the art work, correct the name in the exact font of the original piece and make a new copy that I can now frame. She made the first copy and there were a few flecks that appeared on the print. So she then took the original and scanned it into a new machine and made the edits again. All of this while her other amazing coworker handled the long line of other patrons so Shadavia could continue helping me. Neither one of them acted flustered or impatient. Shadavia treated me like I was her most important client at that time. The second copy she made was perfect. She smiled and thanked me for my business. I told her she made my day, and she did!! So I can highly recommend the staff at the Porters Neck UPS in Wilmington for going above and beyond. Thank you Shadavia!!”

“I wrote a review about 2 hrs ago that I was unsatisfied with my order bc I wanted a card printed vertical not horizontal, the person said they couldn’t do that way. I said I was unhappy but I also didn’t really have time for a reprint bc i needed to leave with them in the am. I was on the way to dinner and got a call from the owner who said they were reprinting my order the way I wanted it and would bring it to me where ever I was. “I had a fantastic experience with Staples and using their print shop. I purchased and did a lot of the tough stuff online (which I highly recommend). I had multiple print orders with various sizes and instructions. It was done within 24 hours and ready for pickup. I made my way there, they were quick to get my order and there was one minor issue that they reprinted and fixed right on the spot. Everyone was super friendly also .”
