The end result came out much better than I expected. Emily even figured out way to keep a key item visible at the bottom of the map that we initially thought would have to be covered by the mat. “I wrote a review about 2 hrs ago that I was unsatisfied with my order bc I wanted a card printed vertical not horizontal, the person said they couldn’t do that way. I said I was unhappy but I also didn’t really have time for a reprint bc i needed to leave with them in the am. I was on the way to dinner and got a call from the owner who said they were reprinting my order the way I wanted it and would bring it to me where ever I was. They actually brought the corrected cards to the restaurant and made sone extra! I’m still kind of surprised at the level of professionalism and determination that this company has to make things right! I am so grateful! “I was blown away by my visit today. It is no wonder why David has been getting rave reviews. Everyone needs a "David". I went in to copy a ton of papers and David was so helpful and he even asked my name and remembered it 15 minutes when I was walking out the door 15 minutes later. This place is top notch for like office supplies and needs. It was very organized, well stocked and clean. I will only come back here!”

I engaged with David as I had a series of questions regarding the purchase of a new Laptop. David listened carefully and was well versed in product knowledge as well as true professionalism throughout the entire sales process. His customer service skill set goes beyond just a meet and greet! I would highly recommend him and Office Depot if one is considering purchasing a new Laptop or any other office equipment/supplies.”
