I’m so happy I found a place where I know my clothes are going to a nonprofit and it’s going to be helping people. I used to use those containers you see around town but then I found they were all profit organizations. I am proud to say because I am moving. I also D cluttered and have donated five bags. Also want to give a shout out to Cody one of the workers, he was extremely helpful.

The changes that have been made to this shop recently are phenomenal. I shop here regularly as I live in the neighborhood and I know the staff has been working so hard. It’s different each and every time I walk in, quality of products have significantly improved and the layouts are adorable. Everyone is doing fantastic there! Prices are still very reasonable as well. I love this thrift store and I’m so happy for them and their recent changes. ❤️

Recently moved to the downtown area and when dropping off my donations here I happened to go inside for a look around. What a superb layout of useful items in good condition. And some of the furniture is too beautiful to be priced this low! Come here first before all the other resale shops and I bet you’ll find what you’re looking for (and some neat things you didn’t know you needed, too!)

I've been shopping here for what feels like forever. It's been great to see the store progress over the past few years. I was blown away with the recent changes! The store looks so much more like higher end consignment store- than the obvious "thrift" look it has been. This is the only place I donate to, and my favorite to shop! If you're new to town, and looking for a favorite resale store- The Rescue Mission will be it!!!

I would suggest donating your goods elsewhere, especially if you need a pickup. The main pickup guy is difficult and won't take things that we're originally agreed to for seemingly no good reason. Try Habitat or Salvation Army instead.

Recently decided to visit after reading the google reviews. Store is well organized and staff is friendly, however the prices of the items were higher then expected and even higher then the goodwill. I understand that the proceeds go to a good cause, but a small casserole dish was priced at 12.99 and other items were priced high as well.

Wow. I witnessed donations and customers leaving this place because they make you use the MASK. Just be aware you NEED A MASK TO SHOP in this place, also the good donations are going somewhere as I witnessed trucks with GREAT STUFF LEAVING mad as they notice shoppers turning back.

Absolutely horrible!!!...the phone stays off the hook apparently and the lady behind the counter leaves OH SO MICH to be desired in regards to customer service.I got 3 different answers from 3 different people and all of them seem to be some form of a lie.1 guy tells me that a bike WAS NOT for sale because it needed to be checked before went on the floor. The lady behind the counter told me that they do not sell the bikes as is and I would need for it to be on the floor before I could buy. Another guy told me that the bike has been sold already.SO which is the truth?...what is true is that they take advantage of the downtrodden at the expense of the tax payer and good customer service.

Love love love this place. I found real amethyst, geode and crystal which have always been my favorite. Brand new game and lap desk that matches my house that I’ve been wanting for less than half the usual price. I moved here from l Amish country and miss it so much and have been collecting these wooden buildings for awhile that’s a Pennsylvania Dutch thing and found one here that’s stamped the same as my others with a cat. My daughter is autistic and loves wooden toys which are usually expensive and usually search thrift stores for which was easy in PA and found some here. My husband loves eagles for his critter den and I found a plaque here. I walked in not expecting to need a cart and I ended up needing one which the doorman got for me and when I was leaving the 2 loaders outside asked if I needed help carrying stuff to the car. Even the cashier was sweet listening to my babble about how each thing I bought had a special meaning to me and my family. Plenty of parking and great location on castle st that I found to very much like.

Great prices on furniture. Get there before the resellers do. Great prices on clothes but need to look closely. Children's clothes are great and cheap. All items are generally reasonable priced. Shoes too. I have gotten nearly new shoes there. A helping organization for those who are changing their lives. Highly recommend you support their rescue mission.

This is my favorite thrift store in Wilmington! I go here nearly every other week if I can! The staff is friendly and most items are very well priced. There are some items that are overpriced (in my opinion) and most of those items are on the back wall (glassware and such), but I love getting books and onesies for my son and material for my classroom. It is very fun to walk in when they have a sale going on such as 10 cent books. It's very well organized and Tina, one of the workers are the register, is such a sweetheart! Thanks Tina, for being the friendliest every time I walk in!
