I couldn’t even get a simple question answered as to why my script with this location said filled yet they told me they didn’t have it. The girl on the phone was so snappy and rude telling me because it’s been filled but how if you don’t have it. She finally asked my name and birth date and got even more rude because I called her out on her attitude. Called 2 other locations and they were pleasant and explained it to me with no problems. Save yourselves a trip just go somewhere else. I will never patron this garbage place again this is becoming their normal behavior. If they don’t like their jobs they should find another one.

If I could give zerooooo stars I would, I guess I should have read the comments. Called ahead to make sure they had my sons meds in stock at this location, I was told yes so I had his Dr. send the prescription to this location only to get a text around 5pm saying it was delayed ( not in stock). I immediately called the pharmacy and was told the medication would be in tomorrow, I called back the next day only to be told no one had even order the meds and it should be in on Thursday. You are messing with people lives, a pharmacy of all places should honest enough to say we are out of stock you may want to try another store!!! Very poor customer service, DO BETTER WALGREENS!!!update: So if you are wondering if my childs medication was ready on Thursday, guess what? It was NOT!! Not only was it not ready, it wasn't even ordered. Someone please help me understand this, If a pharmacist goes to fill a prescription and he/she does not have it in stock why isn't the medication immediately ordered? Why does the customer have to repeatedly call and get the run around for something that should be done automatically.

This pharmacy is a dumpster fire. They take days to fill scripts. I call ahead and they say they have the meds my script calls for, only to get there and they are out thirty minutes later. Currently waiting on a script to be filled that was supposed to have been filled yesterday morning. I will have to find somewhere else to get my scripts filled. I have never encountered a pharmacy that takes this long to fill a script. Their favorite game is to tell you a time and then keep moving that time back for days at a time. If you are need anything filled in a timely matter do not use this pharmacy.

Customer service sucks I just had a C-section left the hospital at 1:30 and the hospital said they sent over my medication that morning. The pharmacy I closed at 6 today but I didn’t know if I had medication until I called the hospital and that’s what they told me. The always have a problem with insurance even tho I have 2. They after my mom called them to get it done because I needed my medication the proceeded to write on my paper how they did not receive it till 5:19 which was a lie and that if I needed it fast to go to a different store. Seriously do better.

Customer service here is hit or miss with pharmacy every now and then I have a question and it’s like pulling teeth. Not every time but the bad experiences outweigh the good. I spoke to Gail today who would barely let me get a word out and explain I had a savings card and prescription card. Next person I spoke to was ok but I could tell the sarcasm in her voice piggy backing from Gail as I tried to speak on my experience she did not acknowledge me telling her my experience with Gail. This will be the last time I fill my prescriptions here.

My experience here has always been GREAT. Staff is friendly. Store is well organized, well stocked, and clean. Pharmacy staff is phenomenal. I have never had a bad experience.

Every time I get my monthly prescription refill there’s always an issue and the blonde curly hair pharmacist is always very very very rude and even a simple antibiotic pickup for my son is “complicated” to fill and takes over 30 min to mix.

We switched to this pharmacy because we changed health insurance companies first of the year and Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy and this is the closest to our house. My husband has ADD and needs Adderall to treat it. We have been getting his prescription filled at various pharmacies over 12 years now and not once have we had an issue until now. After having this prescrip transferred, we have been getting the runaround for days - either the Dr. did not provide what they need or the Insurance company did not cover it, etc...Now he is completely out and it's a Holiday weekend. The technician says they need another Dr. authorization. The Pharmacist says it's insurance. I told them I would just pay for it with GoodRX instead of running through insurance and she says I can't. It HAS to go through insurance. ABSURD! I can't even pay for it now! We just called CVS where he has been getting filled before and they said no problem at all, they would fill it. The pharmacist at CVS has no idea what Walgreens is talking about. I don't appreciate being treated like we're doing something wrong just because Adderall is considered a controlled substance and I don't like getting the run around for a week now and told different stories. I guess it's back to CVS.

This pharmacy has been out of my medication 3 times now! My script was sent in 5 days ago so they should have been prepared to fill it today. Instead, I was told it was just ordered! This is a medication I need on a daily basis. They need to re-evaluate the system used for refilling/ordering meds because what is being used now, is terrible!! Go somewhere else!

The prescription wasnt ready despite what the automated system had stated. Despite that, the pharmacy was friendly and professional. They were apologetic even though they had no control over what the automated system stated. Give these 2 pharmacists a raise! It's rare to find that level of customer service these days.

U Worst pharmacy ever! They don't care if your prescription gets filled or not! Today I went and tried to get 2 prescriptions filled, the d*** girl that works in the pharmacy made a big deal about waiting to make sure they had the medicine! Well she came and told me they had it and to come back in 1 1/2 to pick it up. I was gone 20 minutes thinking my prescriptions were being filled and I get a call from the pharmacist and they don't have them! What a waste of my time! It's like this every time I need my prescriptions refilled! The pharmacist told me to go somewhere else with no help at all! No wonder you are out of business! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Never will I ever go to rite aid again! Prescriptions already transferred to a reputable drug store! This is the rite aid at Murrayville and N College Road Wilmington!

Will not return to this pharmacy. This is a Walgreens run pharmacy inside of Rite Aid. Tech took all of my Rx to check that they were in stock. Said they were all in stock and I could pick up in one hour. I came back 1.5 hours later and the same tech assisted me. Said "Sorry, these Rx never were put into the system. Im not sure why. Can you wait 30 min? Oh, and we don't have one in stock." I asked her if she could check a nearby Walgreens pharmacy to see if they had it in stock. She replied, "No, I'm sorry. But you can call around and I can give you back all your Rx if you want to take them to one place." Um, okay... Walgreens normally always calls their neighboring pharmacies if they don't have something in stock. Terrible experience. Will not return to this store in general because of this.
