“Picking Up and Dropping off process was quick and easy. I was unable to meet my initial pickup time so I called the 800 number and within seconds I was able to update the time and my reservation. The truck (10 foot) was easy to drive, clean and superb air conditioning, which was definitely needed with the temperature over 95 degrees. Continue the great service and I will be recommending friends and family for their next move. Thank you U-HAUL Staff !!!”

“My experience was fabulous! Getting the storage unit was easy and we were able to access the unit right away. The 10x20 unit was clean and with it being climate control it was as cool as the a/c in my car. The whole process only took about 15 min. “We lease a 26' box truck. They're always consistent with communication and p.m. services. Service shop is always PACKED but they still manage to properly cycle the repairs. Good folks, great reps. Upper Management could do something more to boost moral thou, lotta turnover. So expect that, but overall good shop.”

The truck we received was clean, well-maintained and ready when we arrived for pickup. “Great Service! Mobile Pickup and Dropoff. Same day service, made a reservation online morning of. Had to learn how to navigate the online checkin/out but easy to follow instructions. Spoke with customer service twice and everyone was really nice. Lost my airpods and the office staff found them in the truck and held them until I could get them back. Excellent Service!”
“This was the easiest rental I have ever done. Amy was on the ball (and on time). She processed the paperwork in a snap and then came out in the rain to help us get on our way. On our return, she again came out to help us get disconnected and on our way! Hats off to Amy for the Fantastic Customer Service!”
“Safety 1st! Uhal store clerk didn't know how to hitch our car to the tow, which was attached to the moving truck. There wasn't a Uhaul worker there besides her, to do the tow. This was SHOCKING!!! What do customers do if they can't figure it out? This is unsafe. How many people are on the road with improper tow hitching.
The Uhaul store was clean.
The Uhaul truck was clean.
But the online price quote was less expensive than what the Uhaul clerk asked for in person.”
