DuJuana was extremely helpful, polite, and professional! I shared with her that I had just left another storage unit because of both hidden pricing and how they had spoken to me (like I was bothering them to be there to rent a storage unit). DuJuana could not have been more helpful (and so smart!) and she found the right unit for me at a very fair price. I will certainly encourage my friends and fellow workers to rent from her if or when needed. Give this lady a raise! ?

I went to 4 different storage facilities in a 3 mile radius or so and this one was the only one with quality service and decent amenities. The staff is super friendly and helped me out in a big way. Even stayed late to help me get set up. Fantastic service.

The young lady at the front desk has 100% perfect customer service. She answered all my questions and had a very positive personality. She walked with me to my rented unit and made sure everything was clean and the doors and locks worked.

UPDATE***NO CUSTOMER SERVICE~ THEIR REPLY IS TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY WILL HELP. MANAGER PRACTICALLY LAUGHED WHEN I CALLED + ASK IF THEY COULD HELP ME. Save your money + go somewhere else for your storage needs. They WILL raise prices. They WON"T help you if you have a customer service request. ***Constant price increases + zero customer service. I've had a unit for 6 months. They raised my rate to almost double what they offer new customers. Called 10 times over 3 weeks with only 1 call returned by Dujana. Regional manager refused to offer me any negotiation. I've been a good customer, but I am leaving for a better rate at their competition.

This is a wonderful storage facility. It is absolutely the best in Wilmington. I am of the opinion it is because of the person in charge, DUJuana. She is always pleasant and extremely helpful.

So far so good... Moving in this weekend, the staff was very friendly and informative, the space looks clean and secure. Good value on the rental.

Hi, I rented a unit today at the Wilmington, NC location on Enterprise Dr. The manager was just fantastic to deal with. She walked me through the process and made it as simple as possible. I look forward to working with her over the next few months as we begin the moving process! 5 ⭐️ no question about it! Thanks for helping us today!

I regret that I didn’t get the young lady’s name, but the service at this location was outstanding! She was so sweet and helped me from my phone call inquiry to showing me a unit and getting me set up. The facilities are clean and I definitely recommend.

I have two units here, my family has been sick with the flu over the last week so I was not able to go in and make the payment. Over the weekend before my late fee hit. I was only able to make a payment for one unit, since the same email address was used. Apparently I was not able to add another unit on. I called and left a message on Saturday, while I was in the ER receiving fluids, only to be told by the manager that they never received any notifications that I left a message. So due to their software error they are refusing to wave my late fee. I guess I could have saved myself $15 by coming into the facility with the flu. I can understand people trying to get over on the system and trying to get out of their late fees, but if you see the person made one of their payments and was unable to make the other payment due to no fault of their own. You could at least work with them.
