Horrible customer service. I was waiting to be helped for over 15 minutes. I already had the products I walked in for and headed straight for the register. Three employees were present, two out of the three made eye contact with me and saw that I was waiting yet continued talking and doing their own thing. You would think that with me only have one product in hand, it would be a quick process, but no. After a few more handfuls of minutes waiting, another customer comes up, and wouldn't you look at that, one out of the three employees rushes to help her and even excuses us out of line. I'm sorry, but weren't we here first? Were you not just staring at me knowing very well I had been waiting. Super unprofessional. Extremely disappointed. Ended up walking straight out. Would never recommend to anyone unless you are looking for a place with horrible customer service.

A few weeks ago I stopped by to find a new product, Liz was amazing. Super helpful and though I do not know much about makeup, she was able to explain what would benefit me the most because of what I was looking for. I had a terrible experience at a Sephora back in 2021, this was my first time back and she completely changed my perspective. Thank you, Liz! I feel comfortable at this Sephora because of you! :)

I honestly have never stepped foot in a Sephora because I’m no expert on makeup, but I got tired of Ulta and wanted to try it and was SO blown away. The girl who helped me (Ashley I think?) recommended some great stuff, and she really listened to all the questions I had about specific products and was beyond nice. Then at checkout again, the girl was SO nice. I’d go here a hundred times rather than go to Ulta again.

Listen, I’m always needing some type of skincare/makeup product and this location never disappoints. More specifically, the very friendly and helpful employee named Liz, never disappoints. She even recognized me the last time I was in and made sure I was well taken care of! So, if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere and a reasonable selection of products then for sure give this place a try!

Soooo small & out of literally everything good like top brands! And limited brands! Wilmington could easily support a bigger location!! It’s insane this all there is or at least increase your ordering of stuff!

I never leave reviews but i feel like i had to for this girl. Makeup is not my speciality so i was nervous walking in but thankfully was helped by Katori and she was INCREDIBLE! She had such a positive attitude and was so helpful in finding my right shade in foundation and assisting in color matching to the Armani product that is not carried in store. She’s really knowledgeable about the products. This associate also assisted me in finding the perfect lip color…low key obsessed. Thanks again girl!!! Give this girl a raise she deserves it!

Very overpriced and small. I had a great experience though some of the staff is very passionate in work when I asked for a free sample she filled it all the way but the other lady barely filled it I am very happy with my products but I also wish the “try me” stuff was cleaner maybe they would walk around and clean it more often but overall amazing!

This is currently the only Sephora in Wilmington (which is insane considering the population of this city). It is extremely small because it is inside Kohl’s and is not a full Sephora store, again, which is insane considering the population of Wilmington. Because this is the only Sephora and how small it is, you will see nothing but empty shelves. I have attempted to go into this store for several items on multiple occasions and I have left empty handed only to have to go home and order online. To make matters worse, you cannot return any online purchase to this Sephora because it is apart of Kohl’s and is not a full Sephora store. I would honestly not waste your time attempting to find anything in this location and order online. Just keep in mind, you cannot return anything from your online purchase to this store. I really hope Sephora builds another store in Wilmington or provides more product to this store because it’s a very useless location unless you are there on their “truck day”. I find myself at ULTA more just because the accessibility (and there being more than one location locally).

staff was not helpful, product I was looking for was not on shelf so just too double check I asked an employee if they had anymore backstocked. The employee just looked at the empty shelf and said no. then walked away?
