I met with Greg Moore, the NEW General Manager. I am a long time J.T.LEE customer , 30 years plus. We spoke and agreed to continue doing business. He solved my issue while in the meeting. No going to check on it. Now for me that is the service I look for. If you have a problem, please give him a chance to solve it.
