CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Biggest scam I’ve ever been apart of. No one takes accountability, no one cares they just blame it on the other. To many moving parts and people to deal with it’s either the base company blaming sleep number or vice versa. For spending $7000 on something you would think you could get a customer care center who cares and wants to help and at least pretend that you matter seeing as how again the bed is $7000. Hasn’t worked since j bought it been a big headache. They give you promise after promise with nothing ever happening until after your warranty is up. Of course they want to send a tech out then and have it fixed because they don’t pay you do. Can’t believe I ever got sucked into this. Can’t get my bed to communicate with the phones was promised a remote that would help and now that I waited for them to be in stock or battled calling them because they aren’t open when normal people sleep so their issues get pushed off until the next day. What happens to the people who work longer than the hours your open? Oh wait, I can tell you. You don’t matter to them. Avoid avoid avoid

Ethan was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales.He listened to our special needs, measured everything in the store to help us configure the right height for a wheelchair user and patiently answered all of our questions. Can’t wait to sleep in our new bed!

I could not find a good place for me. My “sleep IQ” is deplorable. Understand that I do have RA & lots of hip (from surgery) & shoulder pain. Not the mattress for me. Also, BUYER BEWARE! If you return it, you have to keep the $1800 base, which is twice as much as at other store. Keep looking!

WORST PRODUCTS & EVEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.SALES STAFF MISREPRESENT PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY.THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED 10 YEAR WARRANTY& CHARGE FOR REPAIR VISITS. ABSOLUTELY JUNK.

Kudos to Robin at the Sleep Number store in Mayfaire! She was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the variety and options on display and in helping us both to understand the mechanics of the beds. Her conviction in the product certainly helped my husband and I make the decision to purchase. Thank you again. I can highly recommend the store.

Robin was my salesperson. She was courteous, very knowledgeable about the Sleep Number products and worked to get our delivery scheduled on our timeframe. I would definitely recommend Robin and the Wilmington store to anyone looking for a new bed!

Justin was really helpful and friendly. We chatted about common interests, and he demonstrated several of the beds for me. I couldn't commit to a bed the first day, but I called him and he walked me through my purchase over the phone. He is a real asset to your store. We are looking forward to the arrival of our new bed!

Mattress delivered today.Paid $289 for delivery AND setup.The guy said he couldn’t set it up because he didn’t have his IPad. So now we have to set up. It won’t set up just keeps saying “Wrong WiFi password”. Call tech services. Hour later. No help, no resolution. Bed is literally on 8 steps from WiFi router.We are currently online looking for a new mattress and returning this one. Worst $3700 I could’ve spent.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!After waiting a month for our bed to come, the mattress wouldn’t inflate and wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. After hours on hold they couldn’t figure out how to get the bed to work. They send out a technician a week later who also couldn’t figure it out. They need to send out a new box a week and a half later. Since this process has been going on for so long we decided to return the bed and go elsewhere. They said WE NEEDED to pay $500 for the shipping and pick up. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Not worth it. Go somewhere else.
