Just called him and he wasn't very nice and told me that he has spaces available, but wouldn't lease to me because he doesn't like leasing out to landscaping companies

Our non-profit, Special Pedals, has been using space at Smith Creek Storage Facilities for about a year now and it is really a great place to store our stuff and park our truck. The owner Rick is very helpful and accomodating. This is the best storage facility I have ever used.
