They had me sign in to ensure my place to be waited on. Then I waited a long time and they waited on others that came in after me. I guess because I wasn't female wearing shorts. After about a hour I gave up and left the store. I'll never return.

Severely understaffed for Saturday traffic MANAGEMENT has to do better... Been here over 2 hours to just pick up new equipment.

Would give a zero if possible. Called ahead to inquire about cancelling services and gave us a date to go in and turn our cable boxes in. Turns out we waited for an hour at spectrum, handed in our equipment, got a receipt for the devices turned in and were still charged 350 dollars for a cable box we dont have in the house? If we are going to wait over an hour to speak with someone, you would think they take their time to make sure everything is taken care of. Nope. Apparently they took all of our cable boxes and "forgot" to put it in the computer. Have been on the phone with spectrum for over an hour now to straighten it out. Choose ANY other provider for your TV,Internet,Phone needs.

the workers at the Mayfaire store Absolutely have no sense of urgency.. they finish with a customer and then they go into the back room for 15 minutes. The store is unbelievable.

I will start this by saying I never thought I would have good things to say about Spectrum, but here I am doing just that. Made an appointment online to return some equipment and showed up way too early for my appointment and they were able to take me as a walk in. Got everything completed in a friendly professional manner and will be back to get my Mobile service switched over.

I could not be more pleased with the fast and attentive service I have received here from Brian on more than one occasion. He is kind and knowledgeable and not only helped me upgrade my service, but helped me get a new mobile account as well. I highly recommend making an appointment. The store is spacious and clean, and I am happy to have a great location so conveniently located in Mayfaire.

First off, if you don’t want to wait, you can make a reservation. It was Sunday, they had a two man team and line out the door (so to speak). Mat Foy, who helped us, took his time to make sure everything happened smoothly. We had a lot to do to transfer carriers. I had to come in three separate times over 2 days. To ensure customer satisfaction, he even helped other customers with smaller requests in between helping me (I gave him permission after he asked me to do this of course). The best part was his attitude the entire day. I don’t know many others who could keep up that smile and level of care amidst the tense customer line that needed addressing. 5 stars
