I will NEVER do business with a company that OUTSOURCES all the employees they possibly can to foreign countries, and also harrass the people of this country with ROBOCALLS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THEIR STUPIDITY.

Spectrum just went up on my internet bill by $20 and didn't even tell me until I got my bill. I called them and they confirmed that is the new monthly price. I refuse to pay $79.99 a month for internet. I will be finding another provider.

If you can, avoid this Company. They do the absolute bare minimum, and there's nothing you can do about it. They also raise your rate without telling you. Maybe they send you a notice but they also send so much other junkmail and BS that it's bound to get lost in translation.

They shut off your internet quite regularly at night to do “system maintenance” which is annoying for people like me who are night owls and are not awake durning the day to use it only at night

Expensive and you have to stay on top of this company Bc they will take advantage of you if you don’t. I’ve found so many inconsistencies or charges that weren’t right.

Great experience at the actual store. We’re moving and the previous tenants didn’t disconnect their services. They were able to get everything square away and schedule us an appointment before the big move. Also they had made sure a technician would be able to connect our services due to our unique situation (only one cable outlet) without additional fees. Thanks again spectrum!

The facility is somewhat new and very clean. No complaints, staff is always tentative, alert, and friendly.
