Love T-Mobile they have great customer service and Brad helped me buy my phone and meticulously put on the screen protector for me. Wonderful experience all around.

Excellent service from Brad who was swift and extremely knowledgeable on handing my many technical and account questions along with a phone return. I arrived just as they were closing and nonetheless he took the time to help me with a time sensitive matter. Superb customer service. Ask for him!

Marisa was incredibly helpful today! She reviewed my ten-year-old Sprint account and made necessary updates as we change over to the T-Mobile account. She explained thoroughly the Android watch! I'm getting one today! thank you Marissa for all of your professionalism and help!

T-mobile seems to feel they have a monopoly on customers, so their customer service has not been pleasing to me. I am disappointed I moved to T-mobile, to be honest. I sat there for 15 minutes, and one rep was visiting with a customer, while I needed to be served and off to attend a meeting. The telephone prompts are disgusting, which says you can talk to a human being, which is a long, long wait to ever happen. I hope T-mobile gets their act together.

First off, it's a smaller store, so don't expect them to have the stock of a larger location. Staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating, so you'll be taken care of. Just prepare for a decent wait around peak times.
