Been a member of the bank for 20 years now. A few days ago was my first time calling to ask to talk to a manager to make a complaint. Normally I let things roll off of me but lately I'm just not able to. Just about Every single time I come to this branch and use the drive-thru, they will let you sit there without even acknowledging your presence. Then when they are done with what they were working on, they will greet and begin to service people that arrived after you. Every time it is always Caucasian people that they will serve first that have arrived after me. Let a person of color arrive after me and they go in order. For anyone wanting to play devil's advocate and say accidents happen, like I said at the beginning of my post, I've been a member of this branch for 20 years, this has been going on for 2 years at least now at this location.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced with this credit union. And woman working window was talking nonstop to others as lines of cars and 30 minute waits. She also was extremely rude while waiting on us.

Not good client service. Took about 5 minutes to simply cash a check at the counter.I don't know what she was doing but any other branch its 2 minutes. Didn't ask me how I wanted the denominations. I'll go to any other branch for now on.

The tellers are all nice and will help you. The loan officers not so much. Used to be they would be happy to help explain things now it is oh look I took 47mins to help you while my coworker took 70mins to help someone. Will force you to accept an incorrect credit score. New to homebuying, thought the credit union could help. It has been way more hassle then both me and my wife were expecting. Now have to tell her I am sorry about the way the credit union is now and that it used to not be that way.

Had such a lovely experience with Shirl, one of the employees at this location. We had to come in a few separate times to inquire about and process our wire transfer for closing on a home. She helped us each time, going above and beyond to do everything she could to make our wire transfer as smooth as possible. We are so grateful for her kindness during a very stressful week!

Just close the branch location if it's going to be such an on organized nightmare getting people in and out of thereYou being open and having no idea how to manage the crowds and making everyone mad is way worse than just being closed. Just close the thing and send everyone home nobody wants to be there

The customer service experience here has gone down hill since the last time I visited/called. I recently called with a few questions about my account, the individual who answered asked me a few questions and assured me a manager would call me back by EOD. That never happened. I called back the next day and spoke with a different representative who wanted to do everything but help me. He repeatedly asked me who I had spoken to the day prior, and kept trying to push me off to a 1-800 number without ever asking what it was I was calling about. When I finally got a chance to tell him he told me I would have better luck calling 1-800. I called the number and the guy (who also wasn't super friendly) told me I would have better luck addressing directly with the branch. The rates are good, and it used to be a great bank, but I'm kind of glad this isn't my primary any longer. Shape up SECU!

Cash Points Atm which you can do pretty much everything you need to. Makes for a quick trip instead of having to go in.
