I've been waiting for them to switch me to t-mobile from sprint & no matter how many times they say another week, its been years. I can't even purchase a new phone, pay a bill, add a line. USELESS

I was having pop up ads always popping up as I tried to open up web pages on my phone and couldn't figure out how to fix the problem. I didn't get the name of the customer service rep that help me but she was awesome! She was really sweet and knew what she was doing. She took her time and didn't try to rush when doing her job, I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend going to this store if you want great customer service:)

I would give t-mobile a 0 if I could. I purchased a sync ups drive device and had nothing but issues with it since. They kept wanting me to increase my service until I was paying $50 a month and it was still giving me issues. I went to return the device and they are telling me I can not return something that does not work. I am going with Verizon where I get unlimited on their Hum device for only $20 a month and I am going to have to shove this sync up up someone's ass.

Nothing but great things to say about this location! Came in with a phone that wasn't working and left with a brand new iphone. Valarie was extremely helpful, and also incredibly knowledgeable about technology in general! Very happy with my experience, and so thankful to have people like Valarie who are committed to seeing customers happy at the end of their experience!

I was having difficulty with the volume button on my phone and had purchased a new screensaver and case from Amazon ( as my phone is older and no T-Mobile stores carry products for it anymore). I was not comfortable replacing the screen protector myself and wanted to make sure all the buttons were working properly. I was assisted by Jessica Stclair and she made great efforts to apply my new screen protector and case. I am a nurse and electronics are not my thing. I appreciate that she helped me although I was not purchasing anything but she did talk to me about other phones when I am ready for an upgrade. I would definitely return to this store and request Jessica. She is an asset to your company. Thanks Jessica for making my day!!

Horrible! Just left the store sick to my stomach. Was greeted by Kristin, a new rep, super sweet. we came in about an hour before closing and knew what plan we wanted and with unlocked phones. Kristin being new needed some help and when Jerry came out of the back said that he needed to go and suggested she do it in her own. She clearly needed help, as a new rep that was understandable. Jerry was very condescending to her while “assisting her”. He made a personal phone call to his “babe” requesting she just pick him up “rum or whatever” while we stood there waiting for his assistance. He then proceeded to “help” us and claim he needed to give temporary number in order to port. I’ve worked for many carriers and was reluctant he continued to mention the fact that the store would be closing soon and that he wouldn’t be able to wait to ensure our service with our ported numbers would be activated. I’m sure it must be difficult to have a sale handed to you and completed blow it. I’m in sales myself and would like to have someone just walk in and HAND me a sale. Needless to say we walked out after speaking to the also, very childish, “manager”. Nice job Jerry!
