Spent over 2 months with manager trying to get an issue resolved. Finally called corporate in NM to file a complaint about the store. They immediately advised me employee in store made a mistake and resolved the problem. Don’t waste your time getting multiple excuses from store staff. Go directly to corporate for a resolution if you have a problem.

Went into this location wanting to add a line for unlocked phone and change plan. Sully was great. He discussed with me my current plan and best plan for me. The process was seamless and easy. Will use this location for all my needs.

I can not begin to tell you how amazing Matthew is. We just bought a smart TV because we are tired of paying over $200 a month for STANDARD cable and watching Spectrums beyond annoying commercials every five min.We are saving $100 a month streaming with T mobile and you get so many more options.We are new to this and Matthew walked us through the steps and helped make it so easy all within 20 min.Once you get home the set up takes patience but well worth it. Highly recommend!!

I enjoy coming to this store for my needs. Workers are always polite and willing to help with whatever. It's great they have wonderful personalities because it takes 2 hrs to get everything complete lol. The running joke ??

Went into the store about a week ago to get my daughter an iPhone. Marcio was helping me, he told me that in order for me to buy the phone I must get insurance on the phone and buy accessories, and that didn’t seem right as my daughter was paying for the phone she couldn’t afford all of this. He got combative and kept telling me to “listen” and kept repeating his first story. I was listening so I asked again if it was required and he said no. So he is pushy and a liar and will never give this store my business to salesman that are snakes

I have never had worse customer service in my entire life I placed a order for a s21 ultra and didn't receive it when I was suppose to so when I called the agent told me I could get a 22 plus for the same price and I agreed... but I had to pay the price all over again and they tried to have me pay a deposit on top of it and wait for a refund but I spoke with a supervisor who honored the agents deal that I wouldn't have to pay extra and they threw in a free watch... fast forward and I get a package with the wrong phone.... so after 2 payments and 3 devices and 2 supervisors I still didn't have what I needed... I called again and now they are currently having me pay AGAIN and the phone is no longer in stock. So i have paid 3 times gotten 2 different phones and now i have to wait for it to get back in stock even though it was in stock the first time i was suppose to get it Tmobile has completely ruined sprint update this supervisor says there is nothing he can do that I would have to pay another 200 dollars ADDITIONAL for this time.. I asked for a manager and he said one will call me in 24 to 72 hours

I went to T-Mobile in Porters Neck last week and they were all so helpful and knowledgeable . Thank you Jacob for helping me choose the best phone for my needs and George for answering any other questions I had and holding the phone for me.
My husband went by Sat to purchase the phone and transfer my data as I was not on the account. Mike had it complete in a little more than an hour as they were busy. No worries as my husband enjoyed a good lunch next door.
Thank you to the amazing staff! We are looking to have you be our carrier for internet now.

Lorelle (apologies if I spell your name incorrectly) is an absolute rock star of an employee. She politely and effectively multi-tasked and served several groups of customers at the same time. I would hire her in a heartbeat. You're fortunate to have such an outstanding employee.

I came in a couple days ago and spoke to a rep. name Tony. I was acknowledged right away when I walked in and was helped. I am currently seeking to join t -mobile and Mr.Tony was very informative and gave me all the information needed to let me make a decison I will be joining your network soon!All the promotions and phone deals was very confusing online ; but I left the store with a better understanding of upgrading my services and the devices needed.
