This Torrid is way better than the ones in Cary and Raleigh. The staff is very kind, engaging, and helpful, especially Alli. It's huge and clean and I scored a lot of good deals at their early Black Friday sale.

I came in from out of town to visit this store and it did not disappoint! I was very interested in their bras. The staff was helpful and friendly. They sized me and showed me their different kind of bras. They were so very friendly and really helpful! I left there with several bras and very soft t-shirts. The bra I tried on was very comfortable, but I didn't realize just how comfy it is until I wore it all day the following day. It is the BEST bra I've had in a very long time! It fits perfectly! I used to take my bra off as soon as I got home - not anymore - because they are so comfy and soft. I will forever buy their bras. Excellent service at this location!

I really liked this store. It has sizes ranging from 10 to 5x with cute styles. I like the cut as even though I am not plus sized, the tops are cut well for a large bust. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Just had to do a return for some shoes I ordered online that were too big for me. But the representative that was working was so helpful and courteous during my visit! I absolutely love Torrid and will continue to shop here! ?

My wife is an avid shopper of Torrid. The customer service is subpar when it comes to certain employees however. Most of our shopping experiences (yes I go with her ) have been less than satisfactory. I would say if you plan on making a shopping trip please keep an open mind.

This was my first time shopping here. I'm 50+ and was afraid a lot of the clothes would just look too young on me, but I was wrong. The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered! After accumulating an armful of clothes, one of the young ladies asked to put it in a dressing room for me while I continued to shop. When I finally went to my dressing room, she had hung and laid out the clothes for me. I was impressed. I will definitely be going back

Carley, Sophie, and the other staff were amazing. They were friendly, kind, and attentive without hovering. I had questions about pricing and they helpfully explained everything. This is my first time shopping in a Torrid store (I usually prefer shopping online), but I will definitely come back to this store because the staff were so great!

My favorite spot ofcourse when I’m not poor lol. I just wanted to come on here and make sure Carly gets the recognition she deserves. Everytime I visit this store she’s there. I have severe panic attacks. One day I was trying to find a bathing suit and I tried everywhere. I finally went to Torrid and thank god they were half off. I tried on so many and began to have a severe panic attack. She knew EXACTLY what to do. She turned on the fan , sat across from me and just sat with me until I was ok. Then came a big hug afterwards. I’m so appreciative of her and her positive attitude and great energy every time I visit. I am a VIP member and usually shop online to avoid panic attacks but I feel so comfortable in this store now. Please give her a raise and for the love of god DO NOT LOOSE THIS WONDERFUL HUMAN AS AN EMPLOYEE.
