They went to our neighbors! UPS never even came to our house. Someone needs to get eyes checked. After that it said it was missed delivery when I was at the door all morning and they never came to us Their customers service is automated and a waste of time. You cant contact them at all and they are useless.

Trying to get in touch with someone at the UPS customer center main hub through this phone number is quite possibly one of the most irritating things ONE could ever expose themselves to! During this day and age, I am shocked that they do not have even the simplest form of robot communication! I would rather pull each one of my fingernails off individually, then try to contact this place as it appears it seems to have been intentionally set up that way just for this very reason ..

I just received a notification that my package was not delivered because of incorrect address. I have been receiving packages here for 4 years. I watched the truck drive in my neighborhood and drive right back out. A few minutes later I received the notification. Unbelievable.

Twice I’ve had my Chewy order left at the mail hub or the office of my complex. Instructions printed ”pls dlvr to door” . I’m in my 70’s and not able to get the boxes to my apt.. The service is Bad... they came to deliver a package twice when I'm at work I went to the office The second day they tried to deliver it I went to pick up the damn package they told me that my damn package WAS in a truck I came back an hour later before they closed and they told me the SAME thing I told the girl who WAS at that time to leave my damn package at the office on 23rd st. She told me I could pick up for my package today from 9:30 to 6:30 when i came for the damn package they returned it to the sender...Why do they play with people's time and things?

Paid for 2nd day air. Get a notification that my address was incorrect and my package could not be delivered. Called in and verified the correct address was on the package and was transferred to a “local” agent who told me the driver attempted to deliver the package at 11:30. Funny thing is, I have cameras and no one “attempted” delivery. I was told they would reattempt delivery by end of day. This never happened. It being a Friday night I was told they would reattempt delivery on Monday and I was not entitled to a refund. Currently on hold with a supervisor for almost an hour trying to get things figured out.

This isn’t going to the actual location on 23rd street because they actually told me the truth when I got there. I missed a package and called the number and payed 7 dollars and they told me I would get a call and I could get my package today rather than picking it up at the post office tomorrow. Never got a call( they told me an hour) Called them back again and they said they’d call me soon. ( an hour passes by no one called ) and I mentioned that they closed at 6:30 and they said I’d for sure get a call by then. I eventually went to the location and they told me that the number doesn’t even call them or do anything and to NEVER call and pay 7 dollars. They don’t even do anything. I’m definitely getting a refund. Shout out to the girl at the desk who told us the truth. If this was the case I would have just waited to get it tomorrow.
