The store was well organized both with products and especially how the employees were doing their job. The employee who waited on me, didn't have to ask a lot of questions. They knew the process for my return and executed it quickly.

This is my favorite UPS in town! Customer service has always been phenomenal. Employees are always helpful and cheerful whenever I come in with my questions and concerns, and I appreciate them being open extra long during the holiday seasons to help get all my presents delivered safely and on time! Is there an option for ZERO stars? I came in to ship 2 hand tools overseas and this outlet declined to ship citing potential Custom issues that they weren't willing to handle/manage. The UPS store on Oleander shipped the items, which have been received overseas without any issues!

Driving through to my next beach adventure, I decided to throw in a couple errands in the afternoon. Even with a line to the door, the staff here were pleasant to work with when I stopped in to get an estimate on a friend's gift mailing. And everything else about this UPS Store location worked too: Each staff member here took their time in answering customer questions. All mailing options were given, not just one off responses to get people out the door. Packaging supplies seemed well stocked. Packaging assembly stations were spread out throughout the store so the place didn't feel cramped. Although a busy location, not a bad one at all.

I have visited this store in the past and had no issues. Yesterday I went to return an Amazon package (the only return option for this particular item) and asked the agent if he could print the label from an email. He said yes, he could, but it would cost $3.00. I was astounded. I told him I could have gone and had it printed at Staples for 25¢. He told me to go to Staples. I left the store, contacted Amazon, and was promptly offered next-day UPS pickup from my home and they would provide the label. Wonderful service from Amazon, but just doesn't seem the best use of resources.I will not visit this UPS location in future.

Seth is amazing to work with! He cares for his customers, he is extremely polite and very helpful! I literally live 2 minutes from a ups store and I travel 15 minutes to go to his store. THIS UPS STORE LOCATION IS PROBABLY THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY ARE QUICK, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL AND HANDLE MY SHIPPING NEEDS QUICKLY. I EVEN NEEDED A TRACKING NUMBER FOR SOMETHING I SHIPPED AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR LESS THAN ONE MINUTE WITH MY TRACKING # TO HELP RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I swear the only bad reviews are people who go out of their way to be difficult. I come here about once a week and every time it's quick and easy and the owner and men working are very helpful.

I love this store. It was my UPS store when I was in school and now that I am a grownup Seth still delivers efficient customer service. I bring packages in, I'm in the computer database, tracking received, no nonsense. Seth always asks if I need packaging help and deluvery options. I'm the person that has manufacturing warehouse experience, so I am not going to show up with 200lb packages that have to be assembled etc. so I guess I am lucky.

I had an amazon return that was to be brought to ups. It was 2 end tables in their boxes. Amazon said I didn't need to do anything else but bring both to ups and drop them there. When I got there the older guy that was working wouldn't let me leave them there as a 2 quantity package. He said I needed to have a separate code for each or have them boxed together. That would have weighed like 200 pounds! So I canceled canceled return, did them separately and then Amazon was trying to charge me $15/ table to return using ups. To return the free I needed to go somewhere else. The return got messed up and I was only refunded for one table. This guy wasted my time, and messed up my return. It shouldn't have been an issueReply to ups response: it did mess it up. Spilting it made it cost to ship with ups so I had to take the refund to kohl's. Then somehow only one table was refunded even though both got returned. You should have been able to take both boxes as a 2 quantity retun, like amazon said you could.
