Tom is Phenomenal! From start to finish, he will take the time to insure that you get what you want and will try to get you the best deal possible. He’s extremely sweet and definitely knows his stuff. The rest of the team are also extremely knowledgeable and kind as well, not to leave anyone out:).

I have been with us cellular for 20 years and will be canceling all of my services. Their customer service is terrible and avoid Thomas Smith as he lies and does not give you facts leaving you owing money when you should not. Literally go with any other service!

But u s cellular service sucks if I'm in a building I can't receive or make calls in any calls I'm if im out side a make a calls I I'm a business I pay 107 monthly so yes I expect 100 % good service I think I'm gonna give t mobile a try

Got there at 4 didnt leave til they closes due to having phone issue. The rep was rushing to get me out because she was ready to goThen i had to turn around and go back to the store the next day because my phone wasnt working rigjht.Just unprofessional

I highly recommend not using this particular store,Been with US cell, for 5 years had a issue with my phone instead of trying to work it out the Mgr. Said no thanks go somewhere else and do business so I took her advice, then I asked her for her card and after getting home and looking she gave me someone else's card. Because she knew I was gonna call about her.

The adds lie when they say you can trade in any phone and get any phone you want for free...we were basically told can only get 700 trade ins and that wouldnt cover the cost of any decent cell phone...US Cellular is no different then any of the big 3 they use to care about customers now they are deceptive as all get out....i will be taking my 5 lines to a different carrier
