This review is for the entire North Carolina post office. I have experienced Postal Service and other states and find the Postal Service in North Carolina to be very disappointing both in person and online.

I run an online business and have for five years
Since moving to North Carolina, my business is going to go out of business because I can’t get a postal worker to pick up packages on time. I schedule pick ups I receive emails saying that my order has been confirmed and completed yet the package is still sit in my mailbox. I have tried contacting the Postal Service for four months. I have gone there in person. I have talked to my postal worker who refuses to come to my door I live in an apartment complex so now I only sell things that are small enough to fit in the locked mailbox
But the package is never get picked up despite the fact that I have a USPS account and have been paying for shipping labels with the USPS for five years. I’ve had so many problems with my customers because of this that I am considering closing my store. eBay has a contract with USPS Yet I can find no way to solve my problem. I recently started switching to FedEx and I’m considering changing my entire business over to FedEx unless someone will figure out how to get postal workers to pick up scheduled pick ups. I am not the only person that is having this problem. I know other people with businesses that have had this problem. I am not in a position where I can drive to the post office. You offer pick up yet no one in the post office ever wants to help me with this problem and yet it does not get resolved even if I file this complaint online my previous experience in other states is the USPS and they’re postal workers are some of the most fabulous hardest working people I have ever met. What is going on with North Carolina I’ve heard some people want a privatize the post office. I’m starting to wonder if they’re right.

I’ve been dealing with this post office for over 7 years. From business mail to baby chicken deliveries. Staff have always been great.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I filed to have my money reimbursed and was denied. I filed for an appeal and it was denied. USPS is horrible. Packages take forever to be delivered and workers don’t care about their job. They are just there for a check. Terrible service.

I scheduled a passport application for this location. The employee was very friendly, polite and efficient. The process was very easy.

I moved to Wilmington, NC on 10/28/23. Upon placing my first step into the building I was yelled at by a Clerk (since retired) that my dog was not allowed...she did not ask about my dog's qualifications.
Along the way I met my Carrier, Sherry and Supervisor, Bill who do acknowledge the Customer and are proficient and friendly.
Today, May 20th, 2024 and after 3 weeks of my packages delivered on a Sunday left in a heap of building packages I unfortunately met the wrong Supervisor, Ryan.
This man LIKES to argue and when I diffused the escalation by stating that I would take the "high road" he reacted negatively again...
Such response is somewhat shocking to me as I like my Postal Workers and am grateful everyday especially in my aging process...I must count on deliveries as I do not have a vehicle.

I went in yesterday 01/02/24 around 12:50 to drop off my application for my passport and take a passport photo. The man at the counter (I didn’t catch his name) was very nice and helpful and made the process super easy.

I was here for 25 min getting my passport and there was a child screaming the entire time. I am not joking. No one did anything to stop the child from yelling, not once. I couldn’t see the child in the common area. So my guess is that the child is behind the counter. Never ever go here unless you want to hear one of the employees children yelling every few seconds for Aslong as you are here.
