This post office has the most rudest and unprofessional supervisors I’ve ever encountered. I had a package that was going back and forth between Wilmington and Fayetteville. When I went to the post office to inquire about the status and reason for the back and forth I was greeted by a supervisor, Kirk and before I could finish talking he told me to stand to the side that he has someone looking into it. He then walked off. Not sure how he could read my mind. The next supervisor, Renne Wells came up to speak with another unhappy customer. After she was finished, I walked up to inquire about my package and she told me “You are going to have to wait because I have a job to do”. I honestly was blown away with that comment. The clerk named Mike at another window was the only one who was willing to help me. I gave him my name and contact number as I had been there for 30 minutes and needed to get back to work. He assured me that he would be in touch. As I was stepping away the supervisor, Renne came back up and was incredibly rude. I told her that as a supervisor she has very poor customer service and with a snarky attitude she said “well I’m sorry”. I asked for her name and with another attitude told me her name. I’m literally appalled with this woman’s behavior. Mike, the window clerk called me later that day to tell me that the package was sent back to Fayetteville again. He said he would call me the next day. He called me the next day and told me what had happened. The pharmacy where I get my meds from had two different QR codes on the package. I needed to call my pharmacy to correct the issue. Mike went above and beyond to help me which is very much appreciated. Those two supervisors should not be in a supervisors role. Sad thing is they probably won’t be held accountable for their actions which is unfortunate.

When you're at this POST OFFICE be sure to NOT ask any QUESTIONS about POSTAGE AMOUNTS to the POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE. I regret going into this office every single time I go in. Never again.

No one ever answers the phone, plus this is the only post office in the state I've ever had problems with. It's like a game to them as to whether or not the feel like delivering your packages. I'm new at my current address, so I don't receive mail. But that person who lived there 3 years ago? Yeah, that gets delivered.

Terrible carriers. They work at my complex and they constantly leave the boxes open. This is the fourth time they have left these open with private information open to the elements and to others. Unacceptable.

This location falsely marked my package as a failed delivery attempt (no attempt was made and my outgoing mail was taken), did not attempt to redeliver, mistakenly placed my package in the unclaimed parcel area, did not follow the 15 days hold protocol, and sent my package back across the country less than 48 hours later with no actual delivery attempt. Kirk was repeatedly condescending and unprofessional. Kirk told lies and exposed himself for the lies moments later during this call (regarding efforts he is and is not able to make). Kirk told me “no” multiple times when I asked for the contact information of his supervisor, some reasons for which included: because I was “upset,” because he assumed I was just going to try and get him “in trouble / report” him, he did his job correctly, because I just “didn’t like” the answers he gave me, etc. If under any circumstance you can get your important mail or packages sent to someone nearby who doesn’t fall under the jurisdiction of this post office, DO IT. Kirk, I do not know what has happened to you that made you the way you are today but on behalf of the general public, PLEASE seek therapy or find a new job. I’m sorry to anyone who has to have this man Kirk in their lives, I will pray for those afflicted 🙏 If everyone puts a stamp under their pillow tonight maybe Kirk will find alternative employment 🙏 Kirk if you’re reading this just know I really think there is a sliver of hope for your soul in this world, but beloved STEP AWAY FROM THE POST OFFICE! Drive yourself to a local volunteer opportunity and begin to get right with the Universe and add some nice new items to your resume, as you must also never return to your post at the post again. It doesn’t have to be like this Kirk. Everyone please hold Kirk in the light, pray for Kirk, something is not right with this man 🙏🙏 AMEN!

The staff have all been so helpful over the years. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. You can't ask for much more. I appreciate knowing I can go in here knowing ahead of time I'll get what I need done, and in a timely fashion.

You cant ever get anyone to answer the phone. I have informed delivery and I'm expecting an important document and it said that it was due to be delivered, however its been 4 days now and that mail piece still hasn't been delivered. Also, our mail carrier didn't put several neighbors mail all the way in the mailbox so there were peoples mail blowing around on the street.

Unbelievably frustrating. They know they need to forward a piece of mail to my new address yet in their infinite wisdom, they keep sending it to my old Wilmington address. It’s even stamped on the letter that it needs to go to a different address in a different state.
Make it make sense because even someone with a minimal education would realize that’s not right. It’s astounding incompetent this office.
As an added note, I recall a time that the mail person literally bent a small metal sign I ordered to fit like a burrito in my mailbox.

By far the worst USPS. I had to open a PO Box because USPS would misplace my packages. Had to file countless of claims due to their delivery practices. It’s sad to see all the negative comments about this business and nothing gets done.

I think people tend to write reviews mostly when something goes wrong. I’ve been using this post office weekly to send priority mail and it’s been fine every time and all the letters got to their destinations in a timely manner. Thank you

The lady at the front on 12/26/24 was awful toward every single person in line. No one should be treated like that. We are all neighbors in the same community.
