“My dogs always went to Dr. K until we had to move, which we went to multiple other vets in our new location.. when we moved back to Wilmington Dr. K took my dogs back even though he was not accepting new clients and it had been 3 years since we last saw him. He diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur during a random visit due to my dog having an upset stomach. He spent hours with me and my dog performing xrays and talking about options. No other vet had caught this. Dr. K called me to check on my dog after we went to the cardiologist he recommended (same day) and he really gets to know his patients and their owners. I cannot say more good enough things about him. Also all of the ladies up front are so nice, friendly, and caring. It’s just a great vet all together.”

They are always so kind to my dog Mickey as well and show him lots of love.I wish I could remember the girls names at the front, but truly all of them are exceptional. Next, the techs have been incredibly patient and kind with both me and Mickey and I feel confident leaving him in their capable hands. Dr. Spring has been wonderful. I also appreciate the check in phone calls after Mickey has a procedure. Any time I’ve needed a same day appointment the girls at the front have always made it happen and I also appreciate the accessible hours offered by the clinic.I took Mickey to a different local vet who refused to treat him for heartworms and wanted to begin “comfort care” and talked about end of life. I got a second opinion at CRAH from Dr. Lanzi who jumped into action and with the help of all of the staff at CRAH,Mickey is now clear of heartworms. “I took my kitty in who was recently diagnosed with sarcoma in his paw. I didn’t feel he was getting the care he deserved at his previous vet , so I brought him to Country Vet. Everyone there was absolutely amazing and kind. We went in just for an appointment to determine what is the best for Kitty. Amputation was the best option for him. The surgeon wasn’t scheduled to do it that day but with how bad Kitties paw was he did. These people care about the animals. Thanks to everyone there , y’all truly saved kitty’s life.”

“We have been with Dineen for over a year, but this is the first time we needed to have our dog go under anesthesia with them. Great experience, all of the staff supportive, informative and friendly especially to our dog. We were updated as soon as the procedure was done and were given comprehensive instructions for post operative care.We appreciated the estimate range we ware given prior to the appointment. They do not have any control over the health of an animal or whether they find teeth that need to be extracted, but our dog was in pretty good shape and the bill was at the very low end of the estimate.Thanks again.”

“so compassionate and professional!!! i can’t say good enough things about the staff here. unfortunately, our pup lost his battle with cancer very recently. on his last day they gave him bacon and chocolate and allll the lovings and throughly explained everything to us as it was happening. i was a complete basket case through the whole process and they really were beyond kind. i really just wanted to write this review in the hopes that the women that helped us that day (it was all a blur i don’t remember their names, unfortunately) see this and know that their empathy did not go unnoticed! thank you so much, WAH.”

“I can't say enough about Dr Elliott. I have a French bulldog, he has always struggled breathing. I had his nasal passage opened previously at another place but explained to Dr Elliott that I never noticed a difference. This Dr that performed his surgery was a well known doctor and I paid top notch. Dr Elliott took my boy in as if it was her own. She did the surgery on him without even planning on it. He was going in for a tooth extraction but noticed his struggle to breath. He rarely snores now and no longer fights me to go outside. Seeing him be able to enjoy life means the world to me. She has been such a blessing and I will always be so grateful to have met her. Thank you Dr. Elliott and Needham Hospital for always taking such great care over Par! You are all so amazing”
