Store #12853 Pharmacist Ryan Albert. My grandmother needed a Covid Booster shot. I decided to get my daughter and I our Covid Boosters, as well. I scheduled all through the Walgreens app. I filled out my paperwork through the app. My grandmother was scheduled first. The Pharmacist yells over that my daughter has Medicaid. I let them know that she has insurance through my employer and provided them the insurance card. Mr.Albert continues to yell over, "Medicaid and that's what she has!" I gave them the card and the tech asked me do I have another card. He yells he isn't going to argue with me. My grandmother can't hear so I went and waited with her. I decided I didn't want him to give me a shot because of his nasty attitude. I let the tech know after asking who will give the shot. He then stated he put the insurance card in and I shouldn't have a problem. I don't understand talking to me like that and yelling at me. I had the card and understand if Medicaid was an issue then come talk to me and give me my options. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. 2 days prior they stated my grandmother's prescriptions were not ready even though they were ready. I had an app notification. They had to search after denying there was any prescriptions ready. They found them later, of course. They need to work on their customer service. The Pharmacist and the female tech had bad and dismissive attitudes. I never signed any paperwork, either.

Had to sit and listen to two of the pharmacist bickering with each other. This place always seems so understaffed in the pharmacy. It made me really upset that my insurance switched from CVS to Walgreens.

Probably the worst Walgreens experience I’ve had. The pharmacist checking me in, (I believe her name is Karen), was rude and didn’t know how to do her job. I said I’m checking in for my appointment and asked if it tested for Covid and flu. She proceeded to check me in for vaccines when the appointment was for testing. When I corrected her that it was for testing, she told me they didn’t do testing. After her coworkers informed her they do testing, she told me to take a seat. Then I heard her blaming the mistake on me, saying “that’s what she told me, I’ll tell you what she said.” Everyone there was laughing around and seemed as though no one took their job seriously. The person doing my test was also not great. I asked how I would get my results and he stated “will be through email as long as that information was put in correctly” and walked out. I typically go to the Walgreens at college and 17th and have never had a bad experience, it’s worth the extra couple minutes to deal with people who know what they’re doing.Update: giving another star because the store manager contacted me to apologize and was super friendly and seemed to care a lot about the store.

At check out the staff member asks "did you find everything you needed". Normally, I simply say, YES. This time, I mentioned that I was hoping to buy a citronella candle. She was so kind to not only tell me where they were located but offered to walk me back to where I could find them. This wasn't the exception to the rule. In my experience, Walgreens staff members have always been willing to help.

Just picked up my 2 prescriptions and only one was placed in the bag. Drove home to find only one in the bag. When I called to tell them, instead of “I’m sorry” I was told, “yeah, it’s still here, haha”. Haha?? That’s what the pharmacist says because they forgot to put it in the bag??!! Haha, now I have to drive back, waste my time and gas to do so because of your “mistake” Haha, sorry if someone gets in trouble for this complaint

Had me drive to two different locations after waiting over an hour for a prescription that they never had in stock. Don’t ever use this place. On top of that took and kept my prescription. Went to Harris teeter and they had to call my daughters doctor that thankfully was still open to fill her script within 5 mins.

Most of the staff is rude, especially the male pharmacist. He also lied to my face about running a script under my discount card. Very poorly run store unfortunately.

Substandard care received! The pharmacist who administered my Covid vaccine didn't introduce himself, perform any hand hygiene, did not clean the area of administration properly, and left me bleeding. When I spoke with the manager Mark he seemed not to be phased by this level of care, so I'm assuming this is their standard of care they provide to their patients. Please learn from my mistake and do not take any family in here.
