The older ladies working at this Porter’s Neck location are cranky and unhelpful. I’ve been at this location several times, and they need to retire these ladies. The young workers are helpful; let them take over.

I google hours of operation after I pull into a parking space. Close at 10pm. It's 9:53 pm.. I have just enough time to grab what I need. When I walk in I'm greeted by a lady who looks annoyed and is sure to tell me they close in 7 minutes. I said never mind and walked out. To the gentleman standing behind the photo counter, thank you for telling me I'm able to grab what I need; however, my encounter with your coworker told me otherwise. April 22, 2025

I've not always been happy with Walgreens in Porters Neck but BRANDY in the pharmacy changed that today! Brandy called me today to let me know that my prescriptions were ready. I explained I've been putting off picking them up because I lost my health insurance and couldn't afford them. She was SO caring, nice and helpful. She completely took her time listening to my concerns and addressing each one. Absolutely went above and beyond what she's paid to do and I am truly grateful for her time and help! Give this woman some recognition and a raise!!!

Unbelievable! Inaudible “welcome …..” when you walk in. Can tell they are being forced to say it.
Then they can’t even fix pricing issues at the register.
Pharmacy is always helpful, but the main store is a joke.

I would give this pharmacy less than 1 star if I could. The women I had to deal with was so incredibly rude , judgmental, just a complete jerk. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there. I wish I could remember her name so I could make a true formal complaint.
