From the moment I walked into the vision center I was greeted in a friendly manner. Michael, Trista and Heidi were beyond professional and helpful. All three went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were fulfilled. I have purchased eyeglasses in many different places over the years, but I will never shop anywhere else but this vision center in the Wilmington Walmart. I can’t thank them enough for their assistance and attention to detail.

They were awesome with my 4 year old she was so scared to go in and they had her giggling the whole time, keep up the good work and thank you for having patience with us being late. I recommend them highly if you have little ones.

This was our 2nd time coming back to get glasses and Trista gave us a great experience both times. She is patient, thorough and answers all of our questions. No need to be apprehensive about ordering glasses here as they came in a weeks time. My daughters also used their damage coverage to replace their broken glasses.

The staff in the eye center was extremely helpful picking out the perfect glasses and sun glasses. Heidi help me the last few times I was in there and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and helpful.

Dr.Dvorzsak actually loves his job and it shows. This was the nicest experience.....he was professional, kind and funny. You can tell he is a happy person who loves his work and cares about his patients. I will continue to return for eye exams!

Best place to get glasses, period!! My daughter and I have a rare insurance plan, and the ladies at this vision center helped find it, process the claim, and made sure our glasses fit perfectly. They are also super friendly! I stop by every now and then to say hi and share travel photos. These folks care!!!!!

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses here. For one pair, they ordered the wrong lenses. Upon pick up at the store, the second pair was damaged in 5 places and needed to be replaced including a long scratch on one lens. The three people working there would not order a replacement pair of glasses and gave me a hard time about both glasses when both pairs were not the way they should have been when I picked them up. Each cost over $400 net of the store coupon. Good money spent expecting reasonable care and undamaged glasses in return. It was clear to all involved that the second pair of glasses were not put together right and there was no quality check in the process of making them. Yet they would only issue a refund and not get the glasses replaced the right way. All three employees huddled together and stood by each other when it was clear as it gets that the glasses should have been redone the right way. As one of the ladies said to me "we just can't be bothered" and then said "I would not be pleased if we ordered a new pair" inferring they would come back just as bad. By far, this was the worst customer experience I have had in my life. A friend who was on the phone with me while I was there was stunned at how pleasant I was the whole time. I knew those employees were not going to make the right effort so I got my refund. I bought much better glasses with premium lenses at Visionworks right after for a better price. And the people at Visionworks were awesome. I showed them the pictures I took of my damaged glasses at the time of pickup. They were dismayed at the poor quality and lack of customer service. Lesson learned. Go to a real optical center. You get what you pay for including quality and customer service. I always refrain from writing reviews, good or bad. This time I had to share. I hope you will do right by yourself and go to professional optical center. You deserve top quality and the best customer care.
