This bank is terrible. They don’t replenish cash in the ATM and rely on others to do it. There’s no way to get cash since there is not another ATM at this location. They also don’t even offer a drive-up window and have a sign on front of it to say it’s no longer available for use. Seriously? This management is worthless.Don’t waste your time going here.

Horrible told me to go to Leland the Leland branch would help. While 3 people watch one person work. One of the two bankers said they can’t help and that the other banker was busy. When I got to the Leland branch they told me they are booked full with appointments for the day. No help at all

This is one of the worst banks I've ever personally dealt with (and I worked in banking for over 10 years!) The customer service is awful, they do not communicate clearly with customers and branches can't even verify funds on local checks. They send you on a 1-800 number goose chase. As a local business owner, I HIGHLY advise against using this Bank for anything. I am logging my hour on the phone now with simply attempting to verify funds on a business check.... ridiculous waste of time.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 5 years. I rarely have any issues with them and I was very satisfied with my experience up to this point. I have 2 accounts, a checking and a savings. The savings has over a grand while the checking is for bills. On Monday a bill was paid early since my car finance company was under new management. I was unaware of the charge and used my card Monday through Wednesday until Thursday when I checked my account to prepare for the up coming bill. I was SHOCKED when I saw my checking account was now -500.00! I spent 250.00 (coffee 3 times and bought 4 various gifts for Christmas for my Family and Fiance) However there were 250.00 in OVERDRAFT FEES ALONE! Well I can forget having Christmas with my Family. I checked the mail, email and voicemail. Wells Fargo had made NO ATTEMPT to contact me. Not even to check if they were FRAUDULENT charges. Thanks for ruining Christmas Wells Fargo, I'll be changing banks on Monday.

I have attempted to call this branch to speak with a banker several times (5+) this morning and have not gotten through to anyone a single time. That is unacceptable from a company that exists to serve its customers. Add this to the long list of reasons why I am leaving Wells and switching banks as soon as possible. They clearly do not care for their customers, only taking their money.

The worst bank I have EVER dealt with. I've been a customer with First Union/Wachovia/Wells Fargo for 30 years and have never had a check held for 10 days before giving a credit to my account. To complicate matters when you call you ONLY get automated messages and cannot speak with a warm blooded person whatsoever. I WILL be moving all of my accounts, include brokerage, to another bank. Absolutely ridiculous!

Usually I love Wells Fargo - the tellers here are great the service friendly. However when I stopped to talk to one of the investment bankers about growing my money he pretty much told me that if I had anything under 80K I shouldn't bother. Left a sour taste in my mouth. I've certainly had better advice and success investing less with other branches. Eh - their drive up ATM is usually working...
