I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the tellers at this location. I recently moved to the Wilmington area, but have been banking with Wells Fargo for nearly a decade. The tellers initially seemed confused about what I needed to accomplish (which is fine, misunderstandings happen), but instead of providing education or asking clarifying questions, they spoke to me with thick condescension and told me what I needed to accomplish was impossible. This was especially disappointing because the two gentlemen in front of me (who both appeared to match the demographics of the tellers) received much friendlier service than I did. A separate employee popped their head out and explained a banker could accomplish the task I needed help with. The banker I sat with was kind, respectful, and answered everything I needed within a matter of minutes.Please provide the tellers with more training on how to provide all your customers with consistently courteous service. I will explore other Wells Fargo branch options in the area before returning to this location.

This branch is my go to now that so many other locations have closed in our area. The staff is very professional and friendly and the wait times are reasonable. Best of all- they are open on Saturday!

Excuses for lack of good services. Unfortunately the bank that I primarily use isn’t in Wilmington yet JP Morgan. It seems like each Wells Fargo branch in the Wilmington area is packed for of excuses for multiple things. Definitely considering closing accounts with Wells Fargo. Nothing worse than excuses (lies).

So disappointed in my experience at this branch. I scheduled an appointment for a simple notary. Another customer came in without an appointment and begged for 5 minutes with a banker. Even after telling three people I was there for my appointment I was bypassed for the person who didn’t have an appointment. After waiting 30 minutes an employee came over and said let me see how much longer it will be. I was then told it would not be anytime soon. I have been with Wells a long time, and we have several business accounts through them. Sadly I left with no service at all. I likely will be leaving Wellsfargo after this experience.

I would like to give Sabrina five stars. We had a difficult banking situation. Sabrina went above and beyond her duties to assist us in any and everyway she could. She is an advocate that I would like in my corner everytime. Heather stepped in to help with an estate account and we felt confident that it was done right. Thank you ladies for your expertise.

The whole company is a joke, zero customer service through the 800 number and the Mayfair branch has the rudest employees.
