“I visited Discount Tires in Wilmington, NC on Market Street, due to my “ tire pressure “ indicator light constantly re-surfacing. Grace welcome me with a smile and put my fears to rest when I told her I didn’t have a clue how much air my tires needed. She showed me what to look for and how much air to put into my tires. She even showed me how to use my own personal tire gauge I had recently purchased. She didn’t seem to be bother by my shadowing her or asking her tons of questions. She taught me a lot in that time span. She is a keeper. James was awesome also. I now feel confident in going to a service station and putting air into my tires due to the fact , someone took time to explain the situation to me. The ENTIRE staff treated me like a family member.”
