We had a very favorable experience with Williams Carpet & Flooring Outlet. We needed commercial carpet for our offices and Tony was very helpful with our project. The installers even worked on Thanksgiving Day in order to finish in time for us to move in. We would highly recommend Williams Carpet and their installers.

Really not happy with the flooring, installation, and lack of customer service. Contacted several times (Patricia) since install and received promises to fix - never happened. They are quick to pressure a sale, but drop you when you have quality concerns. Flooring slides and gaps everywhere; looks terrible! Gaps in the middle of the floor, at baseboards, in the closet. Spills get between the gaps, debris, etc. Quarter round was removed for installation. When put back up, they left staple holes that need to be repaired. Recently had a new stove delivered - flooring under stove is incomplete. Installers couldn’t even glue it down; they used painters tape? Very dissatisfied with the business and lack of quality. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Terrible install. Empty promises to fix the issues.

Wonderful company! They have so many options - it’s unbelievable. I had my hardwood floors sanded and refinished, new engineered hardwoods laid in two rooms, a step boxed in, and I purchased a rug. I receive so many compliments on my flooring and rug. We couldn’t be happier.

Great selection of flooring options. They will work with you whether you buy and self install or use their installer. They will suggest options to save you money if you're open minded to color, patterns, or quality.

The floors were beautiful when first laid but within a couple months where we sit and stand to do most of our work the floors began to become damaged. The point of a quality floor is to be able to stand, sit, or place furniture in certain spots without damage happening this quickly over a short amount of time. We had the floors repaired twice and yet the same issue keeps happening.
