Stopped by the AT&T to upgrade my phone. Drew helped me and my husband upgrade. He also helped me get an additional discount through my job. He was awesome and very informative with switching my plan. We had a good visit 😊

Drew at the Wilson store is amazing!! Very helpful and took the time out to make sure all my needs were met. To be honest I’ve been in the store several times just to be turned away and advised to call the 800 customer service number. Shout out to Drew for being an attentive employee providing great customer satisfaction

Drew is an expert at what he does. His customer service more than exceeded our expectations. He was very patient, and stayed longer than his scheduled time off because didn’t want to leave until he finished with us. Because of our experience with the previous carrier he wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied. Great customer service in these days and times are rare, and we appreciate him so much!
