Tatyana was very knowledgeable about her job , and she answered every question I asked. She was patience with me. Most of all before my feet hit the carpet of the store she was on it. Nice tone that makes customers feel welcome. She is to be commended, it is not easy dealing with the public, but she has what it takes. Good customer service people like her are hard to find. It should be taken into strong consideration to pay her what she’s worth. She deserves a raise for real. I’ve been a public service worker now for 28.4 years, and my boss pays me for my worth. Consider that so you can keep the doors open with a smiling face. Everyone will remember a smiling face, trust me.

My experience at the Wilson store was awesome to my surprise especially after what I had been experiencing on the phone to ensure my new iPhone worked properly. The person they helped was Ebone L and she was absolutely amazing in assisting me. My issue was resolved I less than 10 minutes. She knew exactly what she was doing and I was very grateful for her knowledge. I really appreciate all that Ebone assisted me with. I would definitely revisit this store for assistance if needed in the future. I live in a rural location and you know how that is sometimes but that didn’t stop the assistance I needed.

Ordered a phone online for in store pickup at this location. When I arrived I was told only the account holder could pick up the order. I showed the store personnel the AT&T website where it clearly said ANY authoritized user could pick up an order on the account. After confirming I was an authorized user, they then stated only orders placed in person at the store could be picked up by an authorized user. After leaving the store I was able to contact customer service who stated the store was incorrect and any authorized person has the ability to pick up the order. At that point the store was closed. I tried to cancel the order with the customer service agent but was told only the store could do so due to it already being "fulfilled". AT&Ts customer service employees need better training on their policies. Policies clearly written on the website shouldn't be up to individual interpretation. They didn't have any problems processing the order and accepting my payment online, however they require an act of congress to give me the product I ordered.

Corey, the assistant manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We wanted to start a new service and he helped guide us. He also helped us by communicating more clearly some information that we had incorrect. He did so with the utmost respect and was able to explain everything in laymen's terms. It must also be noted that my service is exponentially better than the service I was forced into by a sellout to Verizon.We are very excited about being AT&T customers!

I go in to get a new phone. No one was in the store. I told her I was just looking for the moment. When I decided on what I wanted, I let her know I have a few questions. She did not get up from her seat and I had to ask my question from across the room. Granted no one was in the store. I felt she could have walked over to me. I thought that was very unprofessional. I left and got the service I deserved in Raleigh.

Go to Tatyana at the ATT store on Raleigh Road Pkwy in Wilson. She is awesome and ready to help in EVERY way!! She is totally awesome.
