None better when it comes to watching out for scam charges..they are quick in reporting suspected charges to their clients..got a text message from the fraud dept concerning suspected fraudulent charges..I went to my local branch and was in and out in five minutes with my old card suspended and a temporary ard in my pocket..great job..

Very disappointed to learn that Truist does not offer better service options for their senior customers. My father went in to the Brentwood Truist location on nash to cash a check that was sent in both his and my mother's name. The clerk told him she could not cash it because he and mom do not have a joined account, per rep, my mom would have to be present with him. When he came to the car to explain I thought, this can't be right, you have Mom's license with you and you have an account here. I went inside to explain that it would be a huge inconvenience for my mom to come out as she would health wise not be able to do the standing and walking like my Dad does. I requested they call her for verification purposes. This was refused and I was told I could speak to the manager. The manager of this location came out and when all was explained she heartlessly stated "because there is no joined account there's nothing we can do". I said even with my Mom's condition? she shook her head yes and just wanted to provide back up support to her tellers, not to my Dad as a valued Truist customer. May I add..... we are only talking about a $10.00 check....like, seriously. As a manager she had the authority to be considerate to provide the service to my Father. We left and went to my Mom's bank to see if they would cash it. Guess what..... no problem, no questions asked, no issue at all. Truist, I hope you care enough of your senior customers to update your guidelines that will better service your senior customers in the near future. The lack of compassion , the unconcern shown , I do not recommend becoming a member of this bank. What if someone's spouse is in the hospital at the time or bedridden?? No joint account.....no service. "There's nothing we can do". I don't want guidelines such as these to oversee a penny of my money. At worse if this was a large amount and my Dad needed it my Dad would have to go through the trouble of seeing if the check could be void and be reissued just in his name. I am glad that this was not like a financial burden for them or anything. For me its the principal of the matter. You never know what may happen one day in which you really need the support of your bank, especially if you are elderly at the time. From what I was shown today Truist is not the bank you want to depend on.

Employees always have a good attitude. But I just wanna say, from the day I seen them blowing up the old bbt and making the new one. I knew from day 1 the design for the drive thru was horrible idea. Idk how an architect could do a poor job like that. And then having to move the atm from the drive thru cause they were only able to process 1 car at a time meanwhile other banks can do 4/5 people at one time.
