While there shopping today I had a bit of a medical issue. I sat in one of the chairs in the cosmetic dept. Michael, a salesperson there, came over to inquire if I needed help. He set me up in front of a fan with a chair and brought me some water. Had it not been for his kindness I could have ended up on the floor!

Ugliest clothes I've ever seen this year. Pure junk, not like it used to be. Even the store is trashy and the employees dress unprofessional. Looks like they bought everything they could off the boat from China.

We were in town and looking for a place to get a few missing items. I'd never heard of Belk, but after going, I say this is exactly like Macy's. Kind staff. Slow as you could imagine, but overall a good experience.
