This dealer is really bad at taking care of bobcat customers. On my first warranty visit they were rude and inconsiderate. Management stepped in but ultimately the repair was not effected properly and we had to have a second visit. Another week plus of downtime for a o ring and hose they didn’t reattach properly on the first visit.
It gets worse. We just replaced our inner and outer air filters right before taking it in and now when I check I have someone else old used filters in my new bobcat. The year and hours on these filters are older and greater than my 1 year old 450 hour t595. This place is disgraceful because when we called them on it they said “we don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s not in our computer so nothing we can do.” Shop wisely and be careful with these folks at bobcat of Wilson.

I purchased a compact tractor from this dealership February 2021..
It's Bobcats 2nd attempt in the compact tractor market and after my research it felt like a good option for money and claimed performance per sales flyer. Seemed like they really had it together this time with lots of videos showing positive signs of success. ..
After my experience buying from this dealer boy was I not only wrong but completely astonished by companies lack of knowledge in this machine. For those who don't know ....this machine Bobcat ct2540 is a Kioti with Bobcat decals.
To be fair it is a very comfortable machine with lots of power if you can keep it running and stop blowing seals with no pressure other than normal applied to 3pt hitch.....I No longer even use my 3pt hitch...*(sad)
Trust me when the fluid falls out they don't replace the fluids. ..But
You do and it ain't cheap and only Bobcat brand can be used....If I had this knowledge before, I would have just bought a Kioti, for the service and parts if nothing else. But now since my experience I wouldn't purchase either....Even my Maintenance repair Manual from Bobcat proves this is a Kioti.....Manual expensive but worth it ....especially since not much Bobcat seems to be able to handle customer service wise. Them boys in service been nothing but nice but their hands seemed tied with no knowledge, training, support and let's don't forget parts availability..
My last warranty required parts from a brand new donor machine....
This Tractor from Bobcat of Wilson came to me with no pre inspection, low in fluids and numerous loose bolts and wires. Management doesn't have knowledge to fix my machine correctly and have now blackballed me from their shop because they say I complain to much....man dang! I actually requested a fluid text since all my differential fluid leaked out during operation do to loose bolts...
Results came back....
1 normal.....
1 not normal. ...
The owner of this business told me on the phone there was only 1 report....(I had reports in my hand and I suspected something was up anyway from past dishonest replies)
I asked again she said I only have 1..
Then I let her know I had 2....
Well that was explained in less than truthful claims by said management.
NEW COMPACT TRACTOR on your mind?.....Visit every machine and test dealerships knowledge before you purchase...
You don't want to be like me and complain to much with 3 years warranty left and no one willing to help from Bobcat.....
No integrity there
Warranty is decided by feelings not fact at this dealership in my case I fortunately but I seem to very get uncomfortable when I feel someone is stealing my money...*GO FIGURE!
They were however very unique and interesting in their scheme to steel my machine back though....I owe 15k on a 33k tractor..with 700hrs on it and $500 bucks worth of body damage on cheap plastic and metal....They offered to take 3 year old tractor back and pay remainder of loan accept 5k I needed to give with of course my tractor. ..
Sounds like they're as proud as I am about this 33k paper weight.
Just trying to help the next guy before he or she is blind shafted and hopefully save them on making a huge mistake...
I live close so if you notice my name from my past businesses feel free to contact me .......I have huge folder full of proof on my claims and I still have the tractor In question
Don't want my friends to see me in this thing and think it's good reliable equipment. I fact this is the 1st of many machines I've owned that is a total disappointment!
