If you are looking for high quality table tennis products by Butterfly made in Japan, look no further. This is the best online store in my opinion for this brand and their customer service is superb. I have dealt with Liliana for a return / exchange and she was great. Great manners, excellent phone etiquette and very accommodating. I buy all my Butterfly directly through them or on Amazon but it's the same. I highly recommend them if you are a serious player.

This online store has the worse experience I ever have.I'm trying to purchase over $500 of table tennis items but their website is full of bugs that I can't even check out at the end.Luckily it didn't go through and I saw reviews about this store were lack of quality so I order from Magaspin instead. Glad I did.

1. Butterfly makes "state of art" products that are great! 2. Bowmar Sports is a first class operation with first class service. 3. You can pay less but you are going to get less. 4. China rubber and blades for the most part are junk. 5. Your game deserves the best so buy Butterfly.

Customer service and product quality both were great. Customer service helped me to find the paddle specifically for my game style. They also assembled the racket for free. I received my paddle a week ago. I already have some good games with new paddle. Thanks Bowmar sports for finding me the exact product i needed.
