Every time I go to this store to get gas, the receipt paper at the pump is always out. I don't know why it's so difficult to keep those things refilled. I don't want to accuse anybody of what they're not doing or are doing, but this is a real issue from me. I would really appreciate it if somebody would fix this situation. But a corporation as big as circle k or whoever owns it probably doesn't care about one person

Rude employees threw my id down. Threw my cigarettes I purchased towards me. Would not tell me her name after all the dumb stuff she did and told me to go back tomorrow if I want to complain. So to the manager Peggy, she needs to be reprimanded.
Here I am at 1140 pm and they are claiming to be closed. The lady that is here now is always locking the doors when she's here. This isn't the first time this 24/7 store has had its doors locked. Huge disappointment. And she isn't polite at all.

October 13th, 2024 in the early evening. Used the window washing bucket and stick provided. Soon I smelt something acidic, like someone had been sick. Realised too late that it was the window washing water provided by this Circle K location. My car smelt like someone had been sick inside. Had to pay for a carwash to get rid of the smell. Obviously I used a different location for the carwash, can not trust this location!
Absolutely unacceptable!

I don't know if the place is renovated but it looks like new both the store inside and the outside areas, nice and clean. Restrooms are clean, didn’t asked if they have showers. There is parking spots for maybe 4-5 trucks with their trailers, also you can be creative along the curb where the diesel pumps are . It has 3 diesel lanes. Something that I saw and didn’t like was to see a bobtail parked occupying a space that is for a truck and trailer, as a truck driver I have to admit that in this occupation there are many drivers who lack COMMON SENSE AND EMPATHY towards their fellow drivers, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT WITH SO MUCH SPACE TO PARK A BOBTAIL YOU HAVE TO OCCUPY A SPOT THAT IS FOR A TRUCK AND ITS TRAILER!

One star is generous. Pump kept popping off. Not a problem anywhere else. Instead of filling a fifty gallon tank, I only got a few gallons. Then the receipt did not print. Walked in store to get receipt .Employee took their sweet time to come to the counter to wait on me. I informed them that there was a problem with pump 2 popping off under little pressure and that I needed a receipt for the last sale on pump 2. Immediately another employee informed me that the reason the receipts wouldn't print was because customers did not know how to pull out the paper correctly. In fact, she would wager that none of the printers were working properly. Meanwhile the original clerk could not figure out how to print the receipt. I left the store letting the staff know that I could tell that the were all at the top of their game. It would seem that Circle K would invest in finding hiring and training employees commensurate with their million dollar plus investment in their shiny new store.

The employees are cool, but the Managment sucks. Never any receipt paper in the pumps, hardly ever any extra large cups, no hand sanitizer, no window wash stations with fluid, etc

They have non-ethanol gas and they have a large diesel pump area. Lots of different snacks.

I go to the pump and attempt to pay at the pump. It's not working. I go inside the lady's rude. As hell she act like she got a personal problem with me. I'm explaining to her that I've paid then was getting a cancel and refund and the pup isn't working.. I then tap to pay inside. It's not working. I go to the register to pay the rude little lady Does the transaction or so I thought I go back outside once again, the pump isn't working. When I come back the second time she tells me how its not gonna work. Just rude Dismissive, and I guess circle k got plenty of money they don't need yours was her attitude this Circle K won't see me. I'll go next door.

Not quite sure how some of these reviews are possible. This location has not been open more than 4 months. Anything saying a year old is not relevant to the current business.
That being said. It is a corporate run gas station. Hire who they can. Staff may not be having a good day. Oratbe they really don't want to work. The location is new so there are going to be issues.

Store is clean, service is ok, but Manager is openly in violation of State Regulations regarding the selling of Tobacco and Alcohol. She's under the assumption that Store policies supercedes State regulations. Her behavior is boarder line discriminative, but mostly ignorance and ego.

Expericed racism toward 2 spainsh guys today. The manager was very unprofessional smoking at the pumps. Refused to provide her manager contact. been in there 2 times and this was the last . They don't like Spanish people there. Ps I'm white. She was also smoking at the front door. Recording people with her phone and taking picture of license plates. This is not the type of store I would go to again. Just reading reviews from others racism seems to be a thing at this store

The circle K I go to in Wilson has the nicest employees. They are always friendly and helpful. Also, the best donuts and coffee. They have some days where there's deals on gas too. I know its just a gas station but they do it right. Whatever you do, do it right.

Stopped to just simply get gas, that is all. Pump wouldn’t take any cards so I had to go inside and pay. On the way out we had a random person claim we called cashier a horrible slur inside despite not saying such a thing simply because we were the only white people at this gas station present. I would not stop here if you want to unrightfully harassed by the people in the area and made very uncomfortable.

I gave it 3 stars because this Circle K is busy! Hard to get in and out! Limited supplies due to store being small. Employees are always very nice and helpful there. Just way busy for the size!
