While the location is great for a halfway stop, we'll pick one of the other hotels next time. There was something nasty on the bed, bugs in the bathroom, the room had unfinished paint, which didn't make a difference but still. Not a fan of the 1/2 pillows either, it's very odd, I like a whole pillow!

Great pet friendly overnight stop right off I95. Clean, comfortable bed, and our room had tile floors rather than carpeting- much more sanitary- especially for pet friendly rooms! An alarm clock and hair dryer were missing form our suite, but other than that, a nice place for a good price.Noteworthy details: Clean tile flooring in the room - seemed much more sanitary for a pet friendly place!

I do not recommend. The rooms are way too bright because of the lights in the parking lot. And your inability to move the blinds down to block the light out. I had to pull the curtains to the middle. And then use the ironing board to hold them in place to block the light out. The people above me made a bunch of noise. And at 10:30 when I went to call the front desk phone in the room didn't work. After talking to young person at the front desk and telling them. I was informed that none of the phones work in the rooms. That's a huge deal. If for any reason my cell phone doesn't work and I have an emergency. I have no way to contact a single person for help. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.Rooms: Phones are not hooked up, tub drain stopper didn't work, room is way too bright from parking lot lights and you can't pull the blinds down.Safety: Phones are not hooked up in rooms. Hugs safety risk

Stayed here for a night...pros: has hot water, clean, and plenty of parking, free breakfast (has waffle maker) and outdoor pool but closed for the wintercons: worn out... like really worn out... the water pressure was all over the place...if you stay here for couple of nights, i do not recommend... but one night is more than enough! My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times while traveling back and forth to Florida. It is a well kept and very clean property. During our last stay, We left our two personal pillows behind and didn’t notice until the next stop. I called immediately and the pillows had been put in lost and found waiting for a phone call from the guests to claim. The hotel responded immediately and made arrangements with an outside service company to deliver to Our home. We could not have received better service.

Very clean rooms except I don't know why hotels don't go with laminated flooring because it smells a bit musty! Outside of that very clean and modern looking TV is great.! Service is great! Just not a fan of walking on carpeted floors where there's been a lot of pets But they are the best rates in this area. Hey!

The quality and service is comparable to other 3 star hotels in the area however the price at this 2 star Comfort Suites hotel was half of the other hotels. Room was clean and comfortable and had a separate sitting area with chair and small sofa. Great location right off 95 with several restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were very nice and clean, the beds extremely comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! They had a great assortment for breakfast. The only thing I wasn't exactly thrilled about was the size of their pool! It was very small so if you had a family of five and two other guests in the pool it would be crowded at that point.

We were way behind schedule due to traffic in NYC. We called ahead to let them know we were not going to arrive until after 3 am.The woman at the hotel front desk said she had my husbands credit card but needed the last 4 to confirm our reservation. I explained that he was driving and did not have access to his cc until we stop in NC. We asked to please make sure that the room would still be available for our arrival. She kept insisting I give her the last 4 and would not guarantee the 2 rooms we booked after we had already given all the info the hotel requested when the initial reservation was booked. She insisted on having my husband pull out his cc from his wallet as he drove 80 mph on 95. We went back & forth for 4 minutes on the phone until she finally let it go. She was not pleasant and I did not like her snarky attitude the phone. My husband and daughter each driving, 6 of us in total with a golden retriever . we had driven 12 hours straight to get to our destination. Only to find a woman who did not make us feel welcome, despite the situation we still checked in. After she had charged the cc for 2 rooms, she told us “No pets allowed”. My husband explained that the agent told him it was per friendly. He immediately asked to cancel the 2 rooms. She said too late we will get a refund from the booking company. She also refused to give us proof of cancellation. She once again was very rude with snarky attitude. I am sure Comfort Inn & Suites is a descent hotel, however the woman at the front desk should not be in a position that requires kindness and good customer service. We left, luckily we were able to get accommodations at Country Inn & Suites which was across the parking lot. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and thank God they are pet friendly ?❤️?

I travel for work A LOT. My trip was from NJ to Jacksonville, FL. I decided to break the trip in two and stay at a halfway point, into two driving pieces. Here's what I found: I chose this hotel from Google maps. Turns out that this place is excellent. My room was exceptionally clean, and everything worked. I hate calling for stuff but at this place I did not need to ask for every little thing.+This place got it right. Kudos to Allison. Smooth check in and she can tell you where to get fast food or fine dining or just listen to you complain about 95 or 295. Very helpful to me. I view travel as a chore but I was happy when I checked in and stayed happy when I left. This place is on my list of go-to for road warriors.

This hotel is clean and comfortable with easy access to dining and 95, but what is really worth mentioning is how accommodating the staff was. Caheed was at the desk when we arrived, and I had mistakenly booked the room for the wrong night. But a few clicks of the mouse later, he had adjusted our reservation to another room they had available. I really, really appreciated his understanding and helpfulness! Great service!
