After going to 3 pharmacies in Smithfield my husband was told he wasn't approved for a shingles shot. Karen and Gerald at the CVS in Wilson finally followed through and got it approved. It took some time but they stuck with it. Karen actually stayed over to get it covered. Thank you both.

The pharmacy will soon experience a lawsuit. Nobody but CVS corporate fault for not reading reviews. The staff nonchalantly plays around with people medicine. The line is ridiculous always out of stock. Constantly hanging up phone. Aggressive attitudes ?

Worse pharmacy I have ever tried to use. Never been there that they got everything right. If they make a mistake you have to call everywhere to get it corrected. They should close this store or get new staff. Was hung up on by an employee as well as the pharmacist. Can not get my B/P medication so if I have a stroke CVS is responsible

Tried to transfer my prescription to CVS, here I sit a week later with nothing. My doctor called in new prescriptions, 9 hrs later they say the doctor didn't call it. I know this is a lie. In the mean time I sit in horrible pain due to they're incompetence.

I am pleased with what CVS has done with their stores nationally and this local 24 hour source for necessities is gift to a sleepy, post-pandemic business sector. I enjoy all my visits here. I alays feel safe and calm.

Sarah Williams RX manager and team displayed nothing less than negligence, disrespect and a lack of professionalism while leaving us waiting with no response for over 10 min, in the drive thru, after ringing the call button, on Thursday 16Mar2023 at 8:30pm. In an effort to remain calm, at the disbelief of watching the team member walk by us on numerous occasions, while smiling and looking away, we finally had to park to go inside. When confronted with the issue, it was excused and dismissed. This is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with immediately!

They need to add on their website that the pharmacy is no longer 24 hrs, I called at 8:30 and they said my sons prescription would be ready at 8:42. I called to make sure it would be ready bc my husband would be picking up the meds, they had me waiting on the line and hung up on me before I could speak to them. Mind you I was on the phone before it even turned 9 when they say they closed.

The worse when it comes to getting your prescriptions and the staff is super sensitive staff that has a attitude when the customer has a issue with their inconsistency and poor customer service skills. And not to mention some customers don’t stay near the CVS so yes someone will be upset to drive 10 minutes to get a prescription that the automatic system states is really but when arrived one prescription was gonna be ready til the next day and the other prescription is in back order! Gonna find another pharmacy!

I've been getting my meds here for as long as I can remember.. I've been picking my mom's meds up for her for as long as I can remember... Never any problems. Even cut up a little sometimes when I go through the drive thru... But today a 9verweighr cruly hair blond woman was very rude lazy and acted as I messed her whole day up because she had to look up a prescription by address instead of birth date... There was no other's in line and we have been loyal customers for at least 10 years... Manage should do something about her she might be better at cleaning the men's bathroom... At least until she loses some weight.... The way she was covered in sweat makes me think standing and pushing keys on a keyboard is more than she can handle

Some of the pharmacy staff clearly don’t listen. They’ve handed me the wrong prescription dosage several times. when you tell them it’s wrong and please check again it’s like it’s the end of the world.
